Metro by t-mobile

Galaxy S21 5G on Esim for the past 4 years, all going well. 2 nights ago I lost cell service out of the blue. No Bars!! Phone will only work on wifi. Calls, texts and MMS will only work while on wifi. I called customer service TWICE, after going through the usual steps, reset data, airplane mode, the usual..THEY BOTH hung up on me claiming that they couldn't hear me. (I called from my home phone BTW). Against my religion, I went into a Physical Store. The lady told me that my esim active but my phone was Old 😐. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. (I like my S21 5G 😮‍💨)

Verizon phone vs Factory unlocked

If you're planning on signing up with one of the Verizon MVNO's (Visible, Total Wireless, straight talk etc) is it better to use an Unlocked Verizon phone or a Factory Unlocked phone? I was thinking that the Verizon phone would have the specific antennas/bands for the network. I could be wrong, any info would help.

Moto Pad 2026

I've had the $20/month unlimited tablet plan for 2 years now with the Samsung A9+. I wanted to upgrade to the new Moto Pad 2026. Would Metro let me "upgrade" to the New tablet without having to open a second line?

Has anyone ever tried adding APK's/ Third party apps to the Onn Televisions? It should be the same process as the 4k Plus and the 4K Pro's. If so, what were your results? Thanks
