So like my father is in a govt job and like he is earning good and like my family doesn't have need of anything

Actually from the last 3 years theres an exam organised by the govt for the employee of that post to manage the whole department

Like there is an written exam and interview as well

My father was able to clear cut off 3 years back but we knowledge that the promotion is based on written exam rather than interview and yeah(marks are not disclosed they are not even disclosed after the results )

So we accepted that time that he will not get promotion and then the next year exam time came he topped in written but he was not promoted instead the person who was in last was promoted

There are 9-10 people selected in a state for 2 seats

We accepted our gate and thought that there should be our mistake anywhere

This time my father topped again but our of 7 candidates 6 are selected and my father was not selected and like the one who got less marks was on 2nd rank

How is this possible

We accepted that all here is approach in interview because there is more weightage of written exam

And like my mothers been continuously fighting with my father

What should I do

My mother also worked very hard so that he can focus on his exams

My mothers couldn't bear the fact that the people working with my father with less marks hot selected

Tomorrow there is an protest but why some of the schools and colleger are still opened ?
