Advice for the Heat Wave

Oh my goodness, should you be in this heat wave (90 F +) remember the old trick about frozen peas. Buy frozen peas and lay on your back and put the frozen peas bag on your genitals, that will cool down your core-temperature. When you are doing that drink beer, which has been used for cooling during heat waves for hundreds of years.

Hydration is important. While you (and Grandpa and Grandma are sipping water be sure to have the following onhand:

~Watermelon

~Cantaloupes

~Honeydews

~Oranges

~Grapefruits

~Tomatoes

~Cucumber

Don't give them treats like chocolate in a heat wave ! Keeping blood sugar balanced is important as the Mercury climbs.

Where is the Pencil ?

There was a boy in Grade 6 who would snitch (inform) to the teacher even if the story was a lie or if it was not an offense. He laughed when I was told to stay after school or do extra assignments. In PE class one day we were doing a rather basic version of bowling, with a bowling ball only 40% of the size of the real thing. The retractable seats, which can be single file or you can pull them out to accomodate seating, in this case were single file. There was a pencil and paper on it, to keep score. I would deliberately throw the pencil on the floor behind the retractable seats and he would moan "Where's the pencil ??". Every time I did that he would shout louder and louder. After the sixth time he was screaming like a bird-of-prey. Oh I hate Bernard, this story is now 40 years old and I still hate him. I am from Milwaukee

Stop The Madness

I was listening to a playlist with a lot of melancholy rock music and I said this music is why I am drunk on my own mental depression. Then I downloaded about 25 GB of vaporwave and I feel really good. I am Gen X, b. 74, and I was about 10 y/o when this 80s remix sort of vibe was happening, that is why Vaporwave takes me to the heart of the 1980s. Thanks to you President Ronald Reagan for making that decade the pleasant dream that it was. What we have now does not compare.

Plezze try Vaporwave "all the time" if you are depressed Gen X

Gen Z and Gen A want tacky, tasteless, and terrible evidence is Skibidi Toilet

Skibidi Toilet was evidence that Gen Z and Gen A want tacky, tasteless, and terrible movies. You can't do "Die Hard" again and you can't do "Titanic" again. This is why the 1940s has some reboot ideas because there are horror movies that are just plain rotten. Then in the 1950s there are a lot of films that could be remade that are terrible but they are silly not rotten. When I was a kid my favorite "weird" movie was "The Incredible Shrinking Woman" (1981) I love how that film made fun of everyone in the Universe. If you are Gen X like myself plezze watch this ! They did all of that with no budget and minimal technology. Last but definitely not least a hilarious but serious 1980s film is called "My Side of the Mountain" about a little boy (maybe Grade 4 in school) who decides to leave the suburbs and live in a remote forest. He makes friends with squirrels and strangely never starves to death. You see him sleeping in a cave and outside it's -10 F outside. It's definitely amazing to witness such a pointless and terrible film.

Plezze Buy the $299 / month version pop up

I like horror novels from the 1970s and I'm not much of a reader. I can't read a novel all night like others. So I decided to pay for the $11 / month version. I am happy with it. But there is a major error - Eleven Labs resorts to pop up notifications saying "Won't you buy our nice $299 / month version" I am afraid something will go wrong and I'll get billed for that. If Eleven Labs is reading this message, STOP doing that.

Thieves should not get jail they should get mandatory road repair or cafeteria cleanup

~Type "gasoline theft" in Google News this is a thing spend 15 min reading about it

~There is a city in NJ "Wild Wood" grocery store owner Mark Hempstead says the law of the land in the U.S. is the owner does not pay the overhead when goods are stolen. That is, in my opinion, why grocery store prices are out of control. Cameras or no cameras, in a densely populated area a NJ strip steak is easy to put in your pants especially when you have a "Thieves liner" in your underwear. Kool Aid packets are so easy to steal they should only be sold by mail order.

~Steak should be in a glass case just like a diamond ring, the 2 are equally desired. The U.S. has enough soy to feed the army yet Americans won't pan fry tofu ?? Hampstead should be selling raw tofu as the featurette of the store

~A crying woman can get past store employees if she walks out with toilet paper, because her 80 year old father could be "stuck" on the toilet with no place to go

~What can the U.S. do besides put thieves in jail ? I say they should get mandatory road repair or mandatory cafeteria cleanup duty and it's city to city. Republican or Democrat we all want fair prices.

~Betty Jones, age 68, is in major debt and she must work rude jobs to pay it. She does not deserve to clean a filthy cafeteria or pave the roads. Thieves should get those jobs. They ride the bus from city to city doing one or the other.

MKE one of the "Hot Real Estate" Cities

I don't have the link but if you go to Google News and type "Daily Mail rent cities" you will get an article about MKE and how it's one of 10 "hot" markets in the U.S. My point here is about people who rent - there are simply not enough apartments for working class. Rent prices here are absurd, about $1,400 is the base price. Waukesha, West Allis, and Franklin used to be friendly for renters, now they are expensive. OK can we all mention to the city leaders they need to build working class (price) apartment buildings ? One thing is for sure, there are enough of these luxury apartments that cost $2,000 per month. I never thought I would see this in a place like West Allis. Are you telling me they went in these old apartment buildings with a carpenter and remodeled the units ? Another thing, the talk about global warming must be true if people from Arizona and Texas are moving to MKE. For decades, our city had cheap rent and now it feels like Boston Massachusetts. $800 per month should be the standard in MKE !

Christopher Columbus had 3 ships: Nina, Pinta, Santa Maria. Was the Santa Maria a tuna hauler ?

Queen Isabella paid for all 3 ships herself, this could be Spanish (Spain) history and American history
