Conclusion
Eresh: Adorable Goober Goddess finally got her overdue of Summer variant. And while being placed in a Beast doesn't give her as much privelege as Draco does since she only has 6 Class Advantage against ones you won't run into that often, she comes with her own benefits.
S1 is great for Multi Core since it both gives Damage Buffs that are Multiplicative and a Charge for easier and harder NP. S2 can compensate for her atrocious stats since the Crit Buff is one of the highest in Numbers and S3 is packef with multiple issue solver for Survivability.
And her Passives are quite good as well. 3 instance of Debuff Immunity (tho in this case 2, since you're wasting it on S1), 5% Charge when normal Attacking to compensate for her atrocious base gain, Goddess Core is always nice, even though It's the lowest ranking, Authority of the Beast and Independent Manifestation means outside of S2, she still has 21.5% Crit Up, II in a nutshell makes it so that she's going to hit like a complete potato as their way to say she's NTRproof, Nega Space was supposed to be her signature skill, but sadly being in PHH makes it into II.
Her NP itself has a lot of Utility that are basically permanent (As long as you can keep Spamming it) since the Affection Gauge stays for a long time such as Instant Kill increase that has been useful for Vegas Bleached Earth quest, Ignore Invul and Evade for no escape (Unless through Solemn Defense), 50 Star Bomb for immediate Crit and 10% SE Mod based of how much the Affection Gauge is filled. After damage it remove Buffs for saver turn and Instant Kill which means it won't interupt her Refunds. And Overcharge that increase her Gauge for a better follow up
For a Weakness, i'd say It's her class affinity. She's the only one in this game that deals white numbers to Zerk and she herself would work better with Append 5 and Atlas Mystic Code than Plug
Ciel: Curry lover and Arc's No.1 Hater from another Universe comes in with a Survival Kit that would make Cu jealous and doesn't Miss out on the Offensive
S1 is honestly one of the best Sustain/Defensive Utility based Skills i've seen in 9 Years of this game, simply for what it provided (Charge, Heal, Debuff Resist and Buff Removal Resistance) and all of that for blatant 5 Turns. S2 is also a mix but as a pure offense and utility, though i'd see the Buster getting used more since it'd yield better damage and better effects, also a Crit Buff that works like Nero's NP Gain. S3 is imo the real deal since it replace the current Command Code with all of her own. Opening up to a Strategy called BBC, where the idea is to use Ciel's S3, switch to your DPS, lock the current Card with Summer BB's S3 and let the DPS go into town with their Face Cards. It's also a 50% Charge and 100% Defense (So damage Immune unless the target has Ignore Def)
Her Passives have the standard ones and Unique ones. Standards with 20% Debuff Resist that totals up to 70% when S1 is active and 12% Crit that goes up to 62-112% based off her HP. Her Unique ones are a 500 HP Regen which ends up as 1500 with S1 and 1.5* Damage against Saber, making him having an actual general coverage
NP gives Bypass against Evasion and Defense, Demonic SE and Instant Kill before damage in case they survived and gives her 20% Charge. With an NP BB chain, her S3 and Koyans' S2, that chain could yield either a 10% Short from next NP or entirely full Refund
So yeah. Overall, great Soloer, Face Card DPS, and even a Support if you have the tools for it. If there was a Weakness, i'd say It's Moon Cancers are never ideal for DPS, her Overcharge doesn't ramp up and Ignore Defense Will bypass her only Damage Mitigation
Dobrynya: Wife that still used his Husband Name transitioned into a Card Type where said Class only has 3 for Its 9 years of standing excluding her
S1 is pretty standard providing her Arts along with Star Bomb and Charge, S2 has half of Its benefit ties to Waterside Battlefield but getting half of the other is still enough since that's where her Anti Trait is. The only problem for that is the number it gives. And S3 is her Sustainability as a Crit DPS and NP Spammer
Passives are not that remarkable, at best It's Average. Magic Resist is always nice to to Deny a buff or 2 once in a blue moon while Riding is basically useless since she only has 1 Quick
NP has some nice mix. Pre Damage different powermod for wider net to cast, tho sadly It's only for 1 Turn. NP seal after damage which could be spam with the right rng and Teams and a ramp up that boost her NP Gain, but unfortunately It's post damage
Compare to her peers, she's definitely above Li Who's still stuck with a 1 pump dump on all of his skills. Compare to Nagao though, that depends on which you prefer. Kenshin edges out in pure damage, as long as you don't have that many dupe of Niki, but Niki edges out at practically everything and since Dragon and Earth are always in the same spot, she might not even need dupe to match the psycho's NP5
Xu Fu: The Twerp Simp who doesn't understand the person she fawn over change from support that looked like conman, to a wannabe Thomas Hewitt
S1 is a standard Damage Buff for her 4/5 cards/Charge with enough amount and Cooldown to be double cast by Koyan. S2 is a multicore application of charge both instant and Regen with Overcharge and S3 is more damage for NP, Instant Kill and 3 Powermod against all manner of DoT
Her Passives are the usual Avengers except she doesn't have Self Replenishment, 1 that does nothing and the same one as her Alter Ego where she's Gimped again Yu
Her NP is pretty simple as far as things goes. It does damage, has SE against Man and if it doesn't kill them, chance to Instant Kill and if it manage to get through, she gets an Atk Buff
Pretty straightforward and simple as far as DPS goes. Really if There's a nitpick, It'd be Instant Kill was never good to bank on anything above Bronze Enemy and while having an SE is always great, her being also Man Attribute and not Earth means that the damage won't go any higher (unless you brought Dark Koyan with her)
BB: The Inferior Kouhai who joined the trend of having 2 different NP that does well for both support and DPS. And 2 of her Skills speaks for itself with how loaded they are
S1 and S2 have a bonus when the field has a Moon Cancer on the field. Former gives more damage while also refund improvement while the latter turned Allies into a Star maker on top of stripping Enemies of all Buffs and make sure they do 0 damage, all on top of giving Allies and Enemies status that Will come to play' with her NP. S3 is the simple one, but It's as good as the previous 2. Cooldown Reduction that make all of her Skills into 5/5/5, 50% Charge that totals to 70% which can offset her atrocious base gain and choosing which NP you want her to use
Passives are great too. Goddess Core and Magic Resistance, both at high rank making her chance of receiving Debuffs a Coin Toss, 10/20 Atk/Def Up against multiple occassion and a Crit Resist with Passive star Absorb up. Tho the latter wouldn't come to play' much since Moon Cancer have Caster's level of Star Weight
Her NP is where the status she puts on her team or Enemies Will be used. If she used a Damaging one, that makes her the one few Servants that can always guarantee to hit her SE Mod, not only that, it also provide a 30% Anti Sky and Star Seperately, giving her higher ceiling, covering all the damage type buff with Castoria and a ramp up for CQ even if It's Post damage. If It's the Buffing, everyone on the team with the effect of S1 Will be given get out of jail free card to an NP for a full turn on both damage and Debuff, more damage for their NP and easier time to go for their 2nd NP, depending on what order of the NP Chain she's placed on
Overall, out of every ones being introduced this summer, she is the closest one i can't say to have any clear flaws. She has enough Buffs at her disposal to compensate for Moon Cancers not being suitable for DPS (mostly) and even if that's not enough for the player, the utility she provides is at a level you can actually consider using her over Castoria (assuming she's Bond 15)
Tenochtitlan: a City that became a Bunny Girl and her Kit is as effective as how questionable the description is
S1 is the one i can't say nothing bad about besides it having the same Demerit as Kiyo's Stalker, only AoE. S2 is useless in Min Turning, and only useful in CQ or Boss battle, S3 is a standard damage buff tied to her NP survivability and added with a Trait locked bonus that's established with her
Her Passives are 2 Regular ones, 1 useless one and 2 Unique ones. Regular ones are a 12% Arts and 100 Flat Damage, and Unique ones are 20% Crit Up on Waterside and 5% on Arts, Quick and Crit with 200 Damage Cut (Totaling up to 17% Arts (Not really sure why she needs that much when she only has 1 Arts))
NP has some good stuffs like Pre Damage NP and Ignore Invul. She also has an SE against Super Large and Def Down post Damage. Not that remarkable, but not at a point the NP is bad
To keep it simple, she's the dud of the new featured. Her S1 is the only thing i can't talk bad about since you'll just get rid of it after 1 NP, S2 is only good for CQ, but the problem is that her deck and type doesn't support the long play and as interesting as the "Bunny" Buffs are, It's not enough to play around with her, not to mention majority of them needs to be at specific Ascension. Lastly her NP, Super Large is rare enough as is, but for Farming, she's not that ideal when her Looping Tools are just 20% Charge and 30% Quick Up
XX Alter: Another day, another Servantverse
S1 is a mix of Survivability, Atk (Gimped for a Self applied) and Crit Sustain. S2 is another Face card Buffs and Crit Consistencies that alligns with 3/5 of her Cards and S3 is a compensation tools for her Deck and can give her either the highest charge of 80% or just a 20% if you don't time it right or no Mobs at all
Her Passives are a standard Foreigners with some mixed that can line up well. Her Mad Enhancement totals her Buffs to 36-56% on Buster, while Existence Outside Domain gives her 17 Star Regen with S1 and 42.5% Debuff Resist with her own Magical Resistance and Altereactor
Her NP is Full on damage with a Powermod against Lawful and Good seperately along with SE Mod and 20% Charge to make her 2nd wind comes sooner, with an Overcharge of Pre Damage NP Damage up, covering her last Damage Buff type
Like Xu Fu, It's pretty straightforward with her. Do damage to her Designated target, and like her, they both have the same target of where their damage would peak. Xu Fu would win due to Class Advantage, but that's pretty much it. XX having Existence Outside Domain and Chaotic Evil opens her for more team options (Clytie and Ashiya), she has more to her than just NP Damage and she's close enough to not always be hit with Debuffs. And if someone wants to compare her to her OG, OG wins in 1 Turn, Alter wins the other 2 Turns. Really the one thing unfortunate about her is that her on Demand Charge is only 20%. 10% off the magic number for Koyan
Hakuno Kishinami: The ruler of Moon Cell arrived in the Future Moon as both Senpai and challengers
S1 broke the record of being the shortest Cooldown of basically none. A top of the line Support tools that allows you to reshuffle the Deck as many Times as you want until you got the ideal chain and Crit. S2 is more simple of it being a Colour Buffs tied with 3 utilities based on what face card used while S3 is an Option of 3 Anti Attribute of your choice that allows them to loop with Koyan while also help providing more stars
Passives are pretty simple Independent Action EX, Code Cast and Regalia of the Moon are their uniques with former providing them with 5% Arts and Buster while increasing their Passive Crit to 17% while the latter gives 10% Atk against every Class except Foreigners and whatever Class an NPC has that doesn't belong in the system
NP introduce the first ever Anti Purge Bypass where the only option is to have an Evade to survive. And that's about it. It has a Stun RNG, but It's IP level and they don't have any way to improve it
Unless you can fish out 5 Copies of them the FP banner, those 2 would barely qualify for a Budget Option for farming. But without that, they can carry their own weight pretty high with just S1. Give them MLBed Kscope, Max Append and their S3, that's 15 Redraws. Really besides their Damage, the one flaws they have is that S1 hinges on your current RNG of said run
Well, that's about it for the Servants. One last thing. The next OC is going to be a pain in the ass to get through for the same reason of Shimousa, but worse. Your formation is limited at almost every instance, the amount of Party members you can bring is reduced and sometimes, they only let you play with just the forced supports. Also, this one has 3 Parts released seperately

Conclusion
Enma: Simple but hit the right target. Overall, a better DPS and better for Multi Core than Nero while also fixed the issue of her somewhat Mediocre NP Gain. Too bad she's still not good for Crit without a lot of help
Gilles: Surprisingly, 1 buff that actually elevate him far higher than whatever his Caster self ended up with. Lawful, Good are dime dozens seperately and Lawful Good is 103, there should be some that could make use of it. And since it's on his S1, he's a good Outrage Target
Cleopatra: Like Enma, a simple upgrade, but actually fixed her problem. Right now, she is a viable option for a Farming Assassin unless you're content with Gray or Koyan doing it. And outside of farming, she's now able to actually use IP consistently which would finally gave her a damage buff outside NP Turn. Mind the NP btw, since she's still stuck with an HP Drain Demerit that Will kill her
Asclepius: Ironically, one of the few that shouldn't be buffed. But besides that, another simple and good one. The self Guts help his survivability for longer battle since his NP exclude himself, the Heal Amp would allow the team to Regen at least 20-25% of their Max HP, more than 50% if he used his S1 and the Arts Buff just put him with the other Abundance of budget Arts support that could pass as an SSR due to the 30% AoE NP Gain and Charge
Iskandar: after nearly a decade, he can finally farm and now he at least hold a place as the SSR Rider that doubles up as a good Buffer and highest NP Damage with no Traits. At least until Francis took the former away from him and only left him is that he's the only one in the game after 10 Years to give AoE Ignore Defense
Nitocris: making the Instant Kill activate after damage would've been more than enough to make her a good spook. Rest of it are good too, but to the same extent. The Skill Seal works into optimizing her role as a Damage Sponge with her Taunt, 2k Damage Cut and 60% Def. The Waterside Field doesn't help her much besides widening her option for support, and Nemo's the best one of that, so take it as you Will
Abigail: Finally having a 50% Charge in total with her S1, combine that with her having the damage trifecta and a Powermod that she can grant herself allowed her to go more raw on the target than Kiara could since nothing is mitigating her NP's Damage. On a less dirty note, the fix only address her Damage, her Gain is still atrocious as hell
Billy: An overdue that actually make him into a less team reliant Crit thanks to the Star Bomb and Absorb while also giving him a damage buff outside Crit Turn for NP. But, being a Years 1 Servant means that he's still stuck with the regular issue of crap hits. Meaning outside S3 cast turn, he's back to being babysit unless you can guarantee an NPQQ
Moriarty (Young): Not a lot of things to talk about besides the fact that he's actually a better DPS than Melu due to having Ramp up. He's looping is still questionable at best even with Double Castoria and his Crit Game is also still jank
Charlotte: A truly helpful change that fix her the entire problem of said skill and i think the first of Its kind in terms of Mechanic (unless you want to count Kuku's Buff bonus from 10 Star counts as one) picking the Buffs you want that fit your need be it better Gain or higher Damage and a Star Bomb as well to actually make her Crit
Oei: being an Arts Foreigner is a rough since they're only getting the best damage against a Class that gives them 20% less NP than what they're supposed to and she suffered bad with below .4% base gain that 5 AoE Hit NP can barely compensate. Now, that's less of a problem due to the NP Upgrade giving her more than just 1 looping improvement and not in small numbers or half asses by making it post damage either
Red Hare: It's okay honestly, not bad, but could've been way better. The Buffs at least give him some consistency at being a Crit DPS at a short turn, but he still suffer a problem of the Devs thought that making all of his Damage buff hit based is a good idea. And not only that, the numbers on 3rd Skill is gimped for a Self applied
Merlin: The most undeserving to get one since he's still the only option Buster has for safe plays. Not only the Cooldown gets shorten, he now belongs in the AoE 30% Charger which gives far more Versatility at CE pick for the Team and a 3 Turn Crit Buff with the right number in case Hero Creation Crit missed
Alice: 9 years of getting nothing but an NP Interlude that only fix her damage and 1 Time she got an attention It's a good one. Individually, There's 42 Child Servant and 24 Fairy Tale Servants that you can buff with her Upgrade. But for maximum benefit, only 4 can actually get both and only 3 could effectively help her as a secondary or main DPS and those are Bunyans and Sitonai
Bunnytoria: The only bad part about this upgrade is the Star Absorbtion still being self applied. Other than that, she now has one of the highest AoE Atk Buff in the game along with more damage tools to work with for farming
Tomoe: Sabers are always in short of Loopers and while she joined in a bit late, at least she get her fixed. Still worse than Sengo since He'll get an NP Upgrade later down the line and most likely Jason since he also got his way before her. And the mook can still double as a Support if you want
Ishtar: Not a lot to say about this one. Her S3 is basically just Goddess Metamorphosis with a different name for whatever reason which can be good, can be bad. Stun Removal was good enough, but now she can be used for Farming competently since despite her 4 hits NP, which is usually not ideal for Quick, is compensated by her Looping tools reaching 70% on NP Gain and 52% for Quick along with a Charge to boot. Plushie and Naya said that she can now Black Grail Loop, so take that as you Will
