Advice and tips on what to look for when buying a fit?

So I’m at a point where I’m actually wanting to get a fit but despite really liking the car idk much about out what to look for when buying. So I’m open to the second and third gen of the car but wanna know like

  1. What’s considered high miles cause rn I’m thinking anything over 150k is a little high (but then again it’s a Honda)

  2. Should I finance one from a dealer or could I be fine just getting one of marketplace

  3. What’re some things I should look at when going to look at the car

  4. Overall what’s a good price for a fit

Any answers yall give would really help and feel free to lend anything you think I should also look into. Anything that can add to a buyers guide would help thanks

Is 20k too much to pay for a 2018 2.0t with 83k miles and 2 owners?

I saw a listing for a pretty clean looking 2.0t with a manual my whole thing is the semi high mileage and the two owners making me skeptical of the price what do yall think?

Should I spend 3k on as pretty clean 2019 Impreza with 120k miles or wait and get a 2023 wrx with around 27k

So I’ve been saving for a wrx for about a year and a half 2 years but due to some things that come up me getting it is always pushed further back but just this morning a guy I hang out with told me his uncle is selling a what looks like very clean Impreza for just 3k. My main concern is just how “clean” the Impreza is cause it looks nice but I have no idea how it actually runs and my buddy hasn’t told me yet. Another kind of silly thing is that I’ve been wanting the wrx for so long and 3k would be a good chunk of my down payment I’d be using for a car I never even really thought of which obv would set me back from getting the wrx again for who knows how long
