It all started with the rick-roll

This was the first instance of the system being compromised. What happened back then?

People on this subreddit were laughing and making memes and calling the board "legendary" (except a few who filed for rti and took it seriously). Those who took this matter seriously, were said to "chill" and "you can't even take a joke they are just having fun". That should have been the exact moment when we questioned the integrity and security of our question papers and answer scripts. If we made noise from that point onwards, CBSE would have been at the scrutiny of the media since March itself, so they would take precautions during result (to be fair everything seems fixable in hindsight, I think they still wouldn't have cared its a fucked up board)

Now that results are out, people finally realise what has actually happened. The CBSE re-evaluation website being hacked is not a joke, osm is not a joke, and only when YOUR particular marks are at stake, you raise your voice. Which is somewhat human, but again our entire batch has been witness to this compromised system.

i don't know this was just a rant

starting off as 18f

i'm very serious about this so i have a few questions
my aim: strength, lean muscle, build stamina

specifics: height - 5'2, weight - 40, non vegetarian

  1. what should be my workout plan?
  2. what protein should i buy? (can't have eggs everyday i'm vegetarian on few days)
  3. are electrolytes important?
  4. what weights do beginners ideally use ( i worked out without any plan previously could curl only 5 kgs)
  5. i want to be able to run marathons, what should be the ideal plan for that
  6. are soya chunks really bad? i heard they're very processed

if i remember any more questions i shall update in comments
