Fishtown Pickle Project in Philadelphia has the best pickles. They also have classes where you can make your own. Today my wife and I put our heads together and made: Zesty Pep (habaneros, red chili peppers, banana peppers, garlic and onion), Sour Face (classic sour), Basic Bitch (classic dill but with added carrots, onion, garlic), Basic Bitch Chips (same as Basic Bitch but in chip form for burgers).
