I ran an ad for the product that is picking up speed and getting a lot of views , likes ,comments and shares. I got 250 views to my landing page where they can get the guide for free and no one downloaded???

I just started selling my eBooks on my gumroad account and it was and it was March 99 cents and a free guide but now that I made a free guide with the actual viral post everybody is going to the website and looking at the ebooks and going to the free guide but they're not downloading can you tell me what's going on?
I am getting like 20 views every couple hours to my website. People are looking at the free guide after I put an ad on it but they didn't buy it there for 0. I made it abdunantly clear what they will receive and get but no downloads....
I'm taking the viral helpful post and made it into guides and used the same exact font and no sales.
I want to run an ad to get more people to buy the guide I'm selling but don't know if it's correct to go in price but chatgpt is telling me the ROI is low and to mark up the price. It was 0.99 cent now 4.99 and then I gotta ultimate guide at 9.99 and preparing for a bundle.
I have a photo going to 30K views right now and my website is saying that my highest conversion rate is at 60 percent from just looking at my landing page.
I tried running ads from the promote page and it's saying .

I just opened a business on TikTok and started selling guides. I have made 5 sales and even got a comment saying they loved the PDF but it won't convert anymore.
The highest conversion rate is going straight from my literally website landing page of all the guides.
I tried running an 8 dollar ad and I got a lot of website clicks and views but no one converted. Not even from the free guide.

I posted on here like a week ago after someone told me I would be in viewer jail after 10 or 12K but it is still going up. One of the post drove me to get 5 sales and now I'm confused.
I turned on creator rewards but I don't have 10K so I shut it off. It's no point to have it on and I don't have the 10k followers so if one of the videos shot to 1 million then what?
I want to promote both of these videos ? Or should I do one ?
And should I drive traffic for the 10k followers or for more sales??

I see my analytics and exactly to market to .. so should I just run ads that are just like those videos?

I made the bright choice to go to school again and my parents are so toxic. I finally was able to get out of there but my job took away bonuses and etc and I couldn't afford the apartment anymore. It took me 6 months to get my life together and find a job that is paying well. Now, my lease is ending after being taken to court for multiple late payments and the landlord asked if I was renewing and to be honest I don't want to. I have no savings, my credit is jacked and my car is becoming unreliable.
I know the right thing to do is to go home but I'm afraid of my old self waiting on me when I get back and I'll never finish the goals I've set. I don't know if I'm I rethinking everything because I'm really legit scared of failing again or I'm not ready to be on my own.
