An epiphany
I think whenever I start to get frustrated with other people or situations, it's because my very specific plans and vision didn't turn out the way I hoped. That's asperger's related because we tend to have very rigid minds and also rely heavily on plans going accordingly. If it doesn't work out, it seems like our brains short circuit because of the tendency to think about and process things in concrete, black-or-white ways. So now I understand myself a little better. People get frustrated with me because they don't know what's wrong. I (and others) just lose my temper more easily and have a harder time focusing when the rigid or specific idea or plans don't work out.
In those situations, it would probably be good for me to try being more patient and understanding that I can be flexable and adapt. Everything doesn't have to go exactly according to plan. After all, it's impossible for things to always go according to plan anyway!
