Went by a rummage sale, basically a trash hauler who resells the salvageable trash he is paid to haul away. Picked up these 60 for $20. The covers are definitely aged, but the vinyl looks to clean up nicely. Just put on the Led Zeppelin I and it sounds great 👍
I would love to hear your thoughts on picking up loose Vinyl. I have been finding more and more loose Vinyl (clean no scratches) in 50¢ and dollar bins. I have been cleaning them and using the cardboard that comes in shipped vinyl to create a cover. I recently picked up the 1989 press of De La Soul - 3 Feet High and Rising for $1

Picked these up today at a few different thrift shops. Most were $1.29, the priced ones were 50% off.
The NYC Peech Boys and Bandit albums instantly caught my eye. The Bruce Springsteen box set was a fun find, always pick up ZZ Top and The Jackie McLean cover was too cool to pass up.
Made my first pilgrimage to Ameoba Music in Hollywood. No pictures can capture the beauty of this place. I only had an hour so I decided to dig their clearance bin. Love that even in the clearance section all records a super clean. Picked up about 20 records, most of them $1.99 with a few $2.99 and $3.99.Brought along my "Platter-pak" from the '50s my aunt gifted me.
Found this interesting folk record at Goodwill today. The car heat warning is what caught my eye. It is a fun listen.
I was on the other side of town and visited a Goodwill and Charity Thrift I don't get to visit much. While nothing here is "grail" worthy I was happy with the picks. $1.29 at Goodwill and 50% off sticker price at the Charity Thrift. Looking forward to Men at Work, Santana and Dexys Midnight Runners. Hello all, I don't know if this is the space to ask this question but worth a shot. I was gifted the HG01 HumminGuru record cleaner for fathers day on June 21st. I have cleaned 50+ records so far without any issue... until yesterday. Yesterday, after cleaning about 10 records, the cleaning cycle seemly stops before the cycle is complete. The record stops rotating and the ultrasonic sound sounds different, more quiet. When the cycle ends, the drying cycle kicks in and works no problem. Does anyone know what could be causing the issue? Could a drop in water level have caused this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bought this album at the thrift store today based off of the album art. It is still sealed. Looked it up on discogs and it's going for $75, last sold in January for $50. Has anyone heard this album? Should I open it?
Picked this up for $10 at my local thrift. I've wanted this ever since I was a kid.
A local trash pickup company had a warehouse sale of trash they were hired to pickup but hold sales for items still good enough to sell. Got these all for $10. Lots were LP's without covers, but looked good enough to clean and listen to. Don't listen to a lot of hip-hop or rap, but I know not to leave OutKast or 2Pac behind.
I am getting an ultrasonic Cleaner for my vinyl records soon, possibly a HumminGuru. I have a couple questions. Should I run it through my spin clean first, or is the ultrasonic Cleaner a one stop shop? Is there any special liquid to put it in or is distilled water ok? New to this, but been picking up some great thrift finds and felt an ultrasonic upgrade on my cleaning was needed. Thanks in advance for the advice 🙌
My Mom found a box of my old CDs and finally have time to look through them more. Stoked to have found this beauty. I bumped it in my Jeep Cherokee all senior year. Apparently the version with the beer coaster is pretty rare, anyone know if that is true? Either way I'm gonna party like I did back in 1999!
Found this today for $4.99 at Goodwill. I know it is a newer "Boombox" but fits my silver audio systems. Everything works, but the radio antenna is missing. I still get stations, but is that replaceable?
