Does anybody else get a weird sense of gratification for taking a dump on company time?

It makes me feel like I’m sticking it to the man when I do this ….

Am I sleeping to much ? I’m starting to get concerned

I’m an RN in a mental health clinic im 34 with 4 kids and work from 7am-5pm. Labs were fine, got a sleep study scheduled in a month…I find myself taking a nap for atleast 1.5 hours -2 hours everyday or atleast 3/4 days out of the week and on the weekend. I’ve checked my testosterone, my thyroid etc. I do take lexapro and was diagnosed with PTSD. I guess even with working in healthcare I’m starting to freak the fuck out and am wondering if I have cancer or something. Anyone else deal with this ?

** just to clarify… (which is sad but nonetheless to clear any confusion) my kids are in high school and practice everyday until about 8-8:30

The Unconquered by Scott Wallace

Just finished this book and I loved it. Scott Wallace takes the reader on a a thrilling months long expedition with one of the leading conversationalists in Brazils Indigenous Department to mark the boundaries of uncontacted tribes in the Amazon. I loved the book because of all of the adventure it takes you on and the views of two completely different universes crossing paths for the first time.

Junglekeeper by Paul Rosolie

Adored it! First hand account of modern conversation deep in the heart of Amazonia. Paul takes you on adventures that are beyond comprehension. 5/5 ⭐️

Walking the Amazon by Ed Stafford

I’d give this 4/5 stars. The only reason it wasn’t a 5/5 is because I felt like it missed a few things traveling in between villages. I used the map at the start of the book and would reference it along his writing to see where he was in the book so that was helpful. The only other thing was I’m not British so some of the things he’d say kinda lost me. Overall great book just being nitpicky.
