So confused if I should get this or not. I have a scott aspect already but was thinking if my dad and I could ride cycle together... So is this a good deal or should I skip this one...
These bikes have been thrown here for 15-20 days. None of these has number plate and all are exactly the same model. Seems very fishy. And today while going through this area, rotten smell of some body is coming (can be some animal too idk).
What should I do ? Just ignore and mind my own business ? Or call police ? If anybody of you know what kind of scene this is let me know.

Ek dawai ka pata karna hai jo kahi nahi mil rhi and somebody told me about manchanda but now I am home, so if anybody pass through manchanda please let me know and pata karte hue jana🙏.
I'm concerned about the suspensions because these are rusted and not moving at all, just wanna know if these are repairable by any chance. And should I replace the tyres too? Rest everything seems fine, the gears are smooth and will be perfect after servicing

I am getting this scott aspect (purchased in 2019) not used for more than 2 months till now for 10k. The seller told me to show it in a shop and he will pay for the replacements and servicing if required.
So what will I have to replace in it ? The suspensions looks little bit rusted (not much tho) and chain ig ?and how much will it cost ? And also, is it a good deal? I don't have any knowledge about cycles so please guide me

- rules and regulations and is there any fine for breaking the rules
- Is the helmet compulsory?
