ID help + are these leaves etiolated?

Got this Haworthia a while back and it's pupped into a nice clump now.

I'm a first-time succulent and Haworthia owner, so still learning.

Care: Bottom watering every 3 weeks, bright indirect light.

  1. What species/hybrid is this? Cooperi or a hybrid?

  2. Also, the leaves seem to be growing longer/stretched out instead of compact.

Is this normal for this type, or is it a light issue?

Any good tips for a beginner's guide and proper care would be really appreciated.
