New leaf has been stuck unfurling for over a week What should I do?

My Monstera has been trying to unfurl a new leaf for over a week, but it seems like it has gotten stuck. It’s been in basically the same position for several days and doesn’t seem to be making much progress.
The leaf otherwise looks healthy, and I don’t see any obvious damage or pests.
Should I just leave it alone and give it more time, or is there something I should do to help it unfurl? I’ve heard people mention increasing humidity or gently misting the leaf, but I don’t want to damage it by trying to force it open.
Any advice from experienced Monstera growers would be appreciated!

Does anyone use a cash-back credit card to pay their mortgage? Which card works best?

I’m curious if anyone here is using a credit card to pay their mortgage and earning cash back or rewards in the process.
I’m not talking about carrying a balance, I’d pay the card off in full every month. I’m mainly interested in whether there are cards or services that make this worthwhile after any processing fees.
For those of you who do this:
● What card are you using?
● How much cash back are you actually earning?
● Are there processing fees, and do they cancel out the rewards?
● Are there any tricks or tips to make it worthwhile?
● Is there a particular card you’d recommend for this?
I’d like to hear from who have been doing it for a while and can share their actual experience.

Help me ID this Philodendron!

I picked this up recently and was told it’s a Philodendron Burle Marx, but I’m wondering if it could possibly be a Burle Marx ‘Flame’.
The leaves are pretty elongated, and there’s a lot of new growth coming in, but I’m not seeing the strong red/orange new growth I associate with the Flame. I’m still learning my Philodendrons, so I’d love to hear what you guys think.
Regular Burle Marx or Flame?

Looking to get my 4-year-old son started in T-ball

Hey Athens! I’m looking to get my 4-year-old son started in T-ball and would love some recommendations from other parents.
We’re in the Athens area, and I’m mainly looking for a good beginner-friendly league where he can have fun, learn the basics, and make some friends. This would be his first time playing organized baseball, so I’m more interested in a positive experience than anything competitive.
Any recommendations on leagues, programs, or places to sign him up? Also interested in hearing which programs you’ve had good or bad experiences with.

If you won the lottery after divorce, would you give any money to your ex?

My ex-wife and I have a true 50/50 custody arrangement. She wanted the divorce, and honestly, we both played a part in how things ended. We partied pretty hard during our marriage, and after she left, she continued down that road for a while. We’re both sober now.
I later found out she had racked up around $85,000 in debt behind my back during our marriage. Because of everything that happened, I don’t give her a dime.
But when it comes to our son, that’s completely different. Anything he needs or wants, I provide. I currently pay all of his tuition even though she is responsible for half and doesn’t pay it. I don’t do it because I want credit or because I expect anything from her. I just don’t want our son to go without.
The weird part is that we actually co-parent really well. There’s no major drama between us, we communicate everyday and work together almost like we’re still married… just without being married. My son is the priority, and I’ve managed to get to a pretty good place.
So here’s the hypothetical:
If you suddenly won the lottery after your divorce, would you give your ex-wife any of the money?
Would you feel like, “She’s my ex, she gets nothing”?
Or would the history you shared, the fact that she’s the mother of your child, and the fact that you’ve reached a good place as co-parents make you want to share some of the good fortune?
I’m curious what other divorced people would do, especially those who have a relatively healthy co-parenting relationship with their ex.

Hey… just moved into a new spot in Athens and need some assistance,,,, what kind of tree is this?

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated! New to the landscaping and gardening thing, so every little bit helps. Not sure if I’m pulling weeds or stuff sprouting and emerging from winter sleep.

TIA
