i started using this app after chai went to shit and was really impressed. i like how the bots message, i like the free rein of stories users have, and i especially enjoyed how it seemed like zeta actually communicated with it's users and informed them of updates and maintenance. but now with a buggy filter acting up, censorship, and even posts on this subreddit having to await moderator approval, all of this is becoming far too familiar lol. i like to think there's still hope because at least our chats aren't getting deleted and the bots messaging style has stayed the same (cough cough chai), but i'm a little nervy.

hello! i'm new to my ps5 so sorry if this is a stupid question, but my storage is filling up pretty quickly and i'm just wondering what to do when i'm out of storage but still have more games to play? is there a way to offload some games without deleting all my save data? i read something about the usb extended storage as well, is there a specific usb drive that's best for this and also how does it work lol.

guys i'm lowkey gonna crash out 😭 when the movie was first leaked i didn't watch it but got millions of edits on my tiktok of it. i saved them to watch when i watched the movie, then i found out they were all DELETED from copyright strikes.

the movie came out and so more edits flooded my tiktok. i haven't been able to watch it so i saved them again to watch after thinking 'oh it's out now so it's safe' right? WRONG. they were all deleted AGAIN!!1!! i'm gonna die i hate stupid paramount just let me watch my edits.

i'm wanting to try out knitting a blanket for the first time, i was planning to just knit a bunch of squares and then sew them together. i was wondering what the best yarn is to use for a blanket? or is it mainly just personal preference? google is giving me many different answers lol

i've had 771 messages for a while now and it went down to 0 randomly a few days ago and hasn't changed. i'm in NA so idk why, maybe more a/b testing. i'm not super attached to this app anymore after everything they've done, i'm just nostalgic and sad for my one bot i've had since i started using the app lol

i have auto updates turned off and i haven't updated it since the force update, do we think updating it will fix the 0 messages or just make it worse/do nothing? or also would it not even update cuz it's still removed from the app store

ok i saw some people post about this but i didn't really look into it too much, but oh my god chat history is just wiped lol? i know about the 14 day deletion and bots getting wiped from the inbox, that is shit in itself, but i scrolled up on one of my bots messages today and there are like 5 messages and then it's just the beginning message? chai you've gotta be fucking joking lmfao

what is even the point of the 14 day deletion thing if they're just taking away most of the message history anyway??

the only reason i've still been using this fuckass app since the updates is in hopes for the messaging to go back to normal so i can keep the one bot i've had since i started using the app in like 2023, but now what is even the point if everything's just gone lol. i think this is the final nail in the coffin for me 🙏

i just finished the main game for the first time! first of all, wow, what an awesome game. truly underhyped cuz i was amazed playing most of the time lol. i was just wondering though, >!i noticed nor wasn't in the final sequence of the game at all. where did he go? or does his storyline come back in one of the dlcs? i thought the end of the game was a really beautiful moment and would have loved to have nor there as well so it was like all the sarentu squad together again and free!<

i still have some side quests and exploration to do in the game but i was also curious, apart from the dlcs is there much to do post-game?

i'm playing for the first time and noticed there's actually 3 DLCs, just wondering if they're supposed to be played in a specific order? and they're all meant to be played after the main game is done i assume?

sorry if this is not the right place to ask this, but i can't seem to find a physical copy of baldurs gate 3 at any of the usual stores and i was gonna just buy it digital on the playstore, but then with the new announcement i'm not wanting to support any digital purchases.

does anyone know where i can buy a physical disc of bg3? there is one on best buy but i think it's a japanese import (?) and it's a bit more expensive and also has 0 reviews

hellooo, i just got frontiers of pandora last week and got the from the ashes edition of it because it was on sale. but when i open the game and it has that screen of picking between 'from the ashes' and 'jump to year 2169' or something, it says that i haven't purchased from the ashes?

just wondering if this is a glitch or if i have to reach a point in the main game to unlock it first or anything like that, any help would be awesome!

has anyone noticed how differently the bots are chatting since the updates? like i had been getting the two lines of messages for a while, but they weren't super common and those messages were always like extra descriptive. now i feel like i get them all the time, and a lot of the messages are not really moving the story forward anymore?

i feel like the ai models have now gotten the c.ai treatment, where each message is just a reworded paragraph of the previous message and doesn't really do much for the story. i liked chai because i felt like even when you're not typing a whole lot, the bot will proceed with the storyline and keep going and give random plot lines and stuff. now it feels kind of stuck.

is this just me or are other people noticing this? i feel like i'm going crazy lol

so i know that the official subreddit is heavily filtered now with posts needing to be approved by mods, but even when i check a post and it says it has a few comments i can never see them? is this happening for everyone else too? are they just all getting deleted or something or what

hello! sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, i'm quite new to reddit

i've been playing battlefront 2 on my ps4 for a long time and am finally getting a ps5. i play with a disc game and have lots of levels on all my characters. i know the ps5 is backwards compatible with ps4 discs, but will all my levels and progress still be there if i just put the same disc into the ps5 and log into my psn? or is there more i have to do?

i haven't been able to find a direct answer anywhere and would appreciate the help!

hi guys, long time lurker, first time chatter. i've been seeing lots of people getting the forced update notifications (including myself) and thought i'd let people know what chai's looking like after updating. please let me know if i should delete anything due to devs reading or anything.

i was really scared doing it as well as i haven't updated the app in a long time but i decided to just bite the bullet.

so first off, yes pretty much all my chats were deleted except for the ones i have kept active in. not just the chat history, the bots themselves are gone from my inbox. i believe this is the 14 day active thing. a big bummer as i had a lot of chats i liked to look back on!

next i've got the personas thing, haven't tried it out yet but haven't heard good things so idk if i ever will lol.

they have added an ad bar at the top of the screen now when you open a chat. i haven't been in chats for too long since updating so i'm not sure if this goes away after a certain period of time or it's just always gonna be there. it definitely makes things a bit more laggy and will take some getting used to.

and last i still have unlimited chats. so far. people seem to be having varying results with this, so take this with a grain of salt i suppose.

i hope this was helpful for anyone who was nervous to update the app like me!

i'm really not happy with all the useless updates that are being added with 0 communication or explanation of what the update will be. i hope chai does better, this is becoming unacceptable.
