Hi there! I am new to plants so please don’t come for me. This was on sale at Walmart for $14 so I decided to grab it and hopefully take care of it and have it thriving. First off can someone tell me if it looks healthy? Secondly, it is insanely out of hand, it’s going every which way. Do I need to separate this? And if so how? I’d love to take pieces and put them in smaller pots to have in other areas of my house but I’m terrified I’ll kill it in the process. Any tips on how to make this a happy plant would be greatly appreciated! 🪴💚

So not actually scared of him but definitely freaked out lol!! Backstory, this is my boy, I’ve had him since he was separated from mom too early (imo) at 8 weeks, he is now 8months. We are inseparable and I’d give anything for him. He is in training in my town at the local police department with their K9 trainer / myself and is doing amazing. Now 2 nights ago I was asleep in the bed and something woke me up, I woke up to see him sitting over me, just staring at me. When I tell you this scared the absolute shit out of me, I looked at him for a good 30 seconds and he was just sitting over me watching me sleep… I told him to lay down and he did and we went back to sleep, I feel he is plotting my demise.. but on a real note, any idea why he might have been doing this? I’m actually creeped out by him lol

My food… on someone’s floor beside their disgusting feet, it’s raining in my town and the wetness on the floor from the rain soaked through the bag and my cookie was loose so it got on my cookie lol.. when I messaged them I got an “lol you got your food” I fucking hate people -.-

So I took Charles out of the tub he was in and put him in this 40gal I bought for him today. He’s still a baby and I’ve never had a cornsnake let alone a baby, so any advice for what else he needs? I have a hide on each side, a water bowl and a humid hide. As well as a lot of leaves and a cork round for clutter. And advice would be appreciated 🩷

This is Pluto, my sweet boy. Just afew weeks ago, I moved him into a tub where I plan on keeping him. He was in a 4x2 but he seemed to be stressed so I went with a smaller tub where temps and humidity have been PERFECT. It has a warm side and his cool side, it’s big enough that I was able to include a humid hide in the middle, he eats weekly and has never turned down a meal. This past week I’ve noticed his scales are EXTREMELY dry, not in a wrinkled dehydrated looking way but just dry. I give him fresh water, I see him drinking. He’s in his humid hide most of the day then comes out and roams in the evening, I just have no idea why his skin is so dry/rough .? He just shed about a week ago so I wouldn’t think he’s due to shed anytime soon and when I looked at him last night it looked like white flakes as if when we humans have dry skin. Any idea what could be going on or does dry skin just happen for them sometimes?

I’ve never seen a corner tank like this but I’m wondering if this shape will work for an adult male? I’m thinking with it being a corner might be more enrichment for him than just a straight tank back and forth? Or would a normal long 6x2 be more beneficial?
