Never settle for less

You are pure light in human form and that simply can not always be imitated

My sweet girl you will find glimpses of your love but do not be mistaken There was even false prophets who have lived good lives

Don’t not live in revenge

Like the goddess you are you must protect your energy your crown and simply withdraw

Leave any situation that does not have the capacity to hold all of you without judgment

In case you forgot

You are supposed to chose you and you are not selfish for putting yourself first.

You can’t pour from that empty cup and no one is waiting around just to refill it.

Invest in yourself and love chosing you even if it makes other feel a certain type of way.

It is time to prioritize your happiness and health.

Thankful for all the lessons

I know that everyday serves as an opportunity to learn from the world around me.

I see how my past has shaped me.

I hear the wisdom my ancestors have laid before me.

I love the way that I never settle in being ordinary.

I take in the wisdom and apply it to my journey ahead.

I feel blessed to be able to make and learn from myself own mistakes.

I am thankful for all the lessons I have ahead .

Answered prayers in a whisper

There’s so many things to be grateful for and often times we forget just how interconnected we are. We are literally source from within.

I love how this scripture uses Lord because we right over our heads Over our crowns We are our minds and those are one with the lord There are so many prayers I say to myself every day And I know it’s hard to remember that someone is listening because we can’t command it to be exactly what we wanted.

Our prayers are all heard, We can command an audience and have our voices be heard

I love this because rest is just as important That is how we flex our discernment We have to wait to see the fruit of our faith

We know that it is coming Our patience tells us how long Cause soon as you think it’s been forgotten The answer will appear

Daily reminder: practice gratitude

“Everyday is not going to be a good day, but there is good in everyday”

Tomorrow is not promised so be thankful for every small thing you have today. This is the number one way to easily improve your mindset on life. We can only control so much and for the things we can’t have to accept, which is not easy. I chose to believe everything is working in my favor so even what can intially look like a set back is just a way to keep me aligned to the right path.

Let’s do this together.

Write three things down you are grateful for. No excuses just go.

  1. I am grateful for this beautiful body that I have been given.
  2. I am grateful for the life that I have lived and every opportunity afforded to me.
  3. Im grateful for every mistake that shaped me.

Ok now your turn.

3 today and everyday and let’s see where this life can take us.

Things you didn’t hear growing up but you get now

You are incredibly powerful and destined for greatness. You words matter and what you say can become your reality. Chose you in every situation and stop waiting for someone to chose you. Everyone is bad something until you set your mind to it that you are going to improve. You are the captain of your soul, the master of your fate. You see things that no one else does so don’t let it go waste by hiding your talents. You are meant to be seen and you will change this world with your message. Everything starts and ends with you and the things you tell yourself. You are as young as you feel, invest in yourself today so that you have a tomorrow. Your feelings are valid and this is your body telling you what you need to hear. DONT IGNORE IT Sometimes fear is telling you that you are finally uncovering the parts of you that you have been hiding. Your truth doesn’t have to look like everyone else. Don’t compare your start to someone’s day 415. Anything you desire can happen if you truly believe it. If you can’t imagine it happening then it will be hard to manifest. Seeing is believing. Sometimes a no is a not right now but not forever. You are the best thing that could ever happen to you. Don’t wait on someone else to tell you that.

12k Crowns & growing 🥹

Someway, somehow, this space keeps growing, and I just want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you. 🫶🏽

Healing the Crown 👑 has become our space, and I want to continue making it a place where EVERYONE feels welcome to share their thoughts, stories, and experiences.

My hope has always been to create a community where people can lay down the weight they’ve been carrying, ask difficult questions, celebrate quiet victories, and remember that healing isn’t something we have to do alone.

Today, we’ve surpassed 12k members, and I couldn’t be more thankful. 😌

Thank you for trusting this community with your vulnerability. Thank you for sharing your experiences, offering kindness to strangers, and reminding one another that healing isn’t linear.

HTC 👑 isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about finding the pieces of yourself that may have been forgotten, broken, or hidden—and embracing the version of yourself you’re continuously becoming.

BECAUSE YOU HAVE ALWAYS MATTERED & ITS TIME TO OUT YOU FIRST🫵🏽

I’m also excited to share that I have something in the works. I’m planning a 100 Days of Self-Love / Softness (I’m still deciding). My hope is to create a simple daily challenge that encourages all of us to begin—or recommit to—our healing journey by intentionally recentering ourselves one day at a time.

As this community continues to grow, I want it to grow with you. Your voice matters just as much as mine, and I’d love your help shaping what Healing the Crown becomes.

So lmk… I’d love to hear your thoughts.

• What kinds of discussions or content would you like to see more of?

• Are there any recurring series, prompts, or community traditions you’d enjoy?

• As our community grows, would anyone be interested in helping moderate discussions or facilitate conversations?

And one last question…

Would you rather join 100 Days of Self-Love or 100 Days of Softness? 😝

Thank you for helping build something bigger than any one of us.

Here’s to the next chapter. 🤎
