I am completely stuck trying to verify my account. Every single time I click the "Get Verified" button—whether it's on the main dashboard, through the settings menu, or on Kraken Pro—the website just reloads and sends me straight back to the main Kraken homepage.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, and none of them worked:
Cleared my browser cache and cookies completely.
Tried using an Incognito/Private window.
Disabled all ad-blockers, VPNs, and browser extensions.
Switched to different supported browsers.
Attempted to access it via mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.
Because of this constant redirect loop, I cannot even open the verification form to upload my documents. It seems like a backend security or account restriction issue that is blocking my session token.

Since last week’s issue with the tablets, Uber Eats support has basically been non existent for us. WhatsApp support not working, phone support we were on hold over an hour yesterday and still didn’t get proper help. Email support is just random copy paste answers that do not even address your question
We had a pretty serious issue where a courier (we’re being told she is known for this sort of thing) picked up and basically didn’t complete delivery properly (stole it) on around £90 worth of orders. It caused absolute chaos in our small family restaurant yesterday
We had drivers being constantly reassigned, I think around 20 drivers turning up for the same orders, customers waiting over 2 hours and getting frustrated, some ended up cancelling from their side. We even had to call customers ourselves and remake/reprocess orders just to calm things down.
Honestly at this point it’s hard to understand what the 30% commission actually covers when there’s no real support when things go wrong live during service.
We’re seriously now looking at moving away from Uber and building our own ordering system because these issues just keep happening.
Is anyone else dealing with stuff like this or is it just us? Is there reddit group for restaurant partners?
It seems to have picked up on Thursday but bank again just 1-2 orders max
