How do I maximize gain..

Can you help me decide

I have 800$ I can invest monthly.

I have at least 10 k on my hysa and it's 3% rate and I have Roth Ira which I put 400$ monthly.

Should I keep putting 400$ monthly into my Roth Ira and keep putting the other 400$ into my hysa

Or

Should I keep putting 400$ monthly into my Roth Ira and save the 400$ and later put it in a CDS (4% rate)

EDIT: I'm just a student. I live with my parents. So I'm savings up maybe I'm able to buy a house in the future.

So I have at least double digits on my hysa (3% interest rate) And I'm Putting 400$monthly in to my Roth Ira.

Should I keep putting 400$ into my Roth and keep putting 400 more into my hysa (3% rate)

OR

Should I keep putting my money into my Roth and save up 400 monthly later putting it into my CDs (around 4% rate)

My computer refuses to turn on

COMPONENTS: The computer is HP Pavilion 523n Desktop PC AMD Athlon XP 2200+ Windows XP.

ISSUE❌: The fans start to spin for a millisecond then stop all of the sudden. But the light behind it lit up green.

I am suspicious about the psu. I think that’s what causing this issue. But if you think it isn’t please tell me.
