I have started to produce techno , moving away from pop and hip hop.
I played my test track to some friends and they all danced. Every single one of them. I know it was good, okay? I understand the intricate details of dance music.

I shall make an album and send it off immediately to the big time electronic dance label. I shall then get some decks, do a set with some of my own songs.
I am writing articles about my own music and selling them to magazines - I am getting publicity this way and I will get more publicity when my music reaches the clubs- that’s why I am focusing on TECHNO music now .

How do I get rid of PMS?
I have cystic acne, I’m thin, have regular periods.
I experience mood swings and irritability.
I want to get rid of PMS asap but don’t know how. Doctors are useless.
Do I go on the pill?- if so, what one? Is this a hormone issue? A mental illness?
Is there a specific tablet to take for PMS symptoms??
I don’t want to take antidepressants as none of them worked and I don’t want to be sedated.
What treatments work the best??

He just eats rice cakes, salt and vinegar flavour. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Washes it down with a red bull at lunch. I said maybe he should expand his diet. His answer: what is wrong with rice cake? Is he okay?

Genuinely curious if there is anyone who actually enjoys getting the bus? Chewing gum on the seats

No where to hang my jacket up

My colleagues dress so utterly poorly so sadly I think I am in the minority here. I think it should be a rule that everyone should dress smartly, professionally, fashionably in the workplace. I personally dress extremely well. I wake up and make an effort to look perfect. Hair to shoes perfect. Yes I polish my shoes. Yes I pick the right jacket. I get compliments, I am frequently adored by people because they recognise my efforts and respect me for that. I feel good, I feel powerful and confident.

Other people do the bare minimum and I find that disrespectful and totally lazy. Okay, so it puts more attention on myself which is absolutely marvellous but come on, have some respect for yourself and dress for yourself if not for others. Do not be another eyesore for the rest of us who make an effort.

My co worker has the worst hygiene issues ever - she smells bad and eats at her desk. She gets crumbs everywhere and doesn’t mop up after herself . I have spoken to her about it but she doesn’t really listen. I tell her I can’t work with her if she carries on like this. I have also informed the manager. Yes she is a NIGHTMARE to work with, probably has a personality disorder because she just doesn’t listen. Also- she goes into the toilet for almost half an hour?? I personally cannot work with someone who hogs the toilet and has poor hygiene. I need my own office space as my job is very high stress . I need to have my space respected

Okay so I’ve been at my workplace a while now and I am hard working, talented, charismatic and exceptionally well-liked. I am amazing at what I do and I do it with style. I dress well, talk the talk, walk the walk. You name it, I am good at it. So imagine my surprise when I realise I have not been promoted yet by the senior manager in my appraisal. She did nothing but commend me for my work but then said the promotion is not up for grabs just yet. My immediate question was Why not? I asked when. They said they are considering the possibility. I was so annoyed I had to go for a walk, collect my thoughts. It’s like they have played me, lied to me. I feel cheated and disrespected. My fear is they give the promotion to one of the talentless idiots just because they have been there longer than me.
