My progesterone dropped DRAMATICALLY after 2 months even though I am faithfully taking my prescribed medication. Don’t know how to proceed. Already taking a large dose.

I have read a lot on here and it is usually only mentioned to change dosage if you are spotting or something but I am doing none of that so really how do you know if you should go up or down ? I see my Dr tomorrow and I know everyone is different and there is a “range” but I don’t want to be “in range” I want to feel “optimal”. I have been where I am for 4 months and feeling good but how do I know I couldn’t even feel better?

My mustache seems to need waxed, shaved something every other day. Any suggestions? It is like stubble like my husband’s right after shaving and waxing gets expensive.

Super long story but I had a charge card and I got a notification that it was hacked so I agreed OK change it and then send me the new card the very next day I got another notification that that card had been hacked and I called the charge card company and told them to canceled the card and close my account. I still had a $3000 debt on there that I’ve been paying on every month. I would like to do a balance transfer from another charge card company, but I cannot find out the account number. I have the last four numbers of the card, but I don’t know the rest. They won’t mail me the charge card number they won’t tell me the charge card number. I even drove across country to a bank that the charge card is on and they couldn’t tell me anything unless I went to New York City where the real charge card Office is please help. I would like to get this card paid off on a balance transfer card that’s not charging me 25% interest any advice here?
