I got the implant, and I followed the advice of my mom to track my period anyways just to make sure I'm okay. But the app I use now is full of women shit and it just makes me really dysphoric. I don't know if there exists something I'm looking for but does someone also use period tracker apps and how do ya'll deal with it? what is the best app? How do I not feel so dysphoric about it?
