The Pulse Blade Pilot Costume is complete.
This Titanfall 2 Pulse Blade Pilot Costume is made to measure and recreates the character’s layered armor, textile gear, load-bearing system with attachments as one coherent, wearable image.
The helmet, clothing, armor, boots and all components listed below are included. The costume is designed for conventions, photoshoots and repeated cosplay use.
Meet our Helldivers 2 DP-40 Cavalier of Democracy — now on her. Justice in the universe has been restored. Are you ready to drop in?
Make your dream come true.
Something a little different from our usual edits.
The helmet is fully handmade and cast from durable plastic. It has a tinted visor with good visibility from the inside, LED elements, professional automotive-grade paintwork, and a soft inner layer for more comfortable wear.
It’s made for cosplay and display use, not for motorcycling or airsoft. The outside size is kept as close as possible to the original design, while the inside fits an average adult head up to about 60 cm in circumference. The finished helmet weighs around 1 kg.
We’ve been working on this custom Mandalorian suit for quite a while, and it feels really good to finally show it.
Every part of the armor was handmade. The hard pieces are cast from durable plastic, then carefully sanded, prepared and painted with high-quality automotive materials. We wanted the finish to feel clean and polished — bright enough to catch reflections, but still solid and believable as real armor.
The soft parts were sewn from quality materials and adjusted to sit properly under the armor, so the whole suit keeps the right silhouette instead of feeling like separate pieces thrown together.
A lot of time went into the small details, the surface finish and the overall balance of the costume. We’re pretty happy with how this one turned out.
This is the way.

About the helmet:
This one is fully handmade and cast from durable plastic. It’s made for cosplay/display use, so it’s not suitable for motorcycling or airsoft.
The visor is tinted, but still has good visibility from the inside. For the finish, we used automotive-grade paint materials to get a cleaner and more durable surface.
Inside, there’s a soft padding layer to make it more comfortable to wear for longer periods. We also tried to keep as much detail as possible while still making the helmet feel wearable and balanced with the rest of the outfit.
What do you think, did we pull it off?
When the mission was supposed to be stealthy, but someone turned on phonk.
Hey everyone!
We wanted to share a video of our finished Fallout / NCR Ranger Combat Armor
We focused on the weathered Mojave look, recognizable NCR Ranger details, and making the pieces feel right for cosplay or display.
Would love to hear your thoughts from fellow Fallout fans and prop/cosplay makers.
We've been working on this Titanfall Pilot helmet for quite a while, and we're still refining and improving it.
One thing that surprised us during the process is how many small details go unnoticed until you try to recreate the helmet in real life. What seems relatively simple in-game often turns into dozens of individual parts, layers, and paint passes when brought into the real world.
We're always looking for ways to make it even better, so we'd love to hear what Titanfall fans think.
Did we capture the feel of the original, or is there anything you'd change or add?
The goal was to capture that Helldivers feel as closely as possible: strong armor proportions, a worn military finish, and a silhouette that looks ready for deployment. The full set includes the helmet, armor, undersuit, cloak, gloves, boots, belt, and utility pouches — all made with a focus on durability, comfort, and detail.
Still thinking about adding more weathering and battle damage, but overall we’re really happy with how this one turned out.
