At the End of my Rope with Damage Caused by Botched Service

I recently had the oil on my 2013 Crosstrek changed at Wal-Mart and the infamous wrong drain plugged was pulled, destroying my transmission.

1)Walmart is refusing to admit they did it even with my mechanic as a witness it came out of their shop and was towed right to his in that condition

2)The extended warranty the bank I financed through sold me refuses to fix it because it was damaged by mishandling

3)My insurance is telling me something different depending on which department Im talking to regarding if they can help in any way or not

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of damage from a service chain and had any luck pursuing it a specific way?

What to Have Looked for a Car that Wal-Mart Drained the Transmission and Double-Filled the Oil On

I currently have an insurance claim open against the local Wal-Mart via my insurance mediating because they drained my transmission and then on top of it didn't even realize they pulled the wrong plug and double filled the oil.

The transmission is obviously shot to hell but I was wondering what I have to worry about in the engine from the double fill.

It's a 2013 Crosstrek with the stock 4 cylinder engine and about 200,000 miles on it.
