Decent Paying Career Paths to get the fuck out of tech?

So i am working in IT, did my apprenticeship, and am studying cyber security at the moment and have my bachelor in 1.5 Years. But im just done with tech, i will finish my bachelor but im done, ai, the never ending notifications and mails, the feeling of doing nothing meaningful at all.

i know that salary probably wont be on the same level, but a decent salary is still important (rn i have 90k CHF/year).

I am really into doing sports, i love learning new things, i am good at math and logical thinking and also dont have a problem with doing physical work.

For you who quit the tech industries, where are you now? Any recommendations? i dont care if i have to do another apprenticeship or go to school.

Bürojob Probleme

Hallo zusammen,

Office Job Problems

Hello There

I am working a full time office job and spend most of my free time on my pc as well when im not training. I feel like because of that i have weak and tight hips, core, lower back etc. which is negatively impacting my training.

For you guys who sit all day, how do you manage that? do you do specific exercises for strength or mobility?

Age Groupers Progression

Am i Tripping are Top Age Groupers getting better and better from Event to Event? On Local Races in my Country, age Groupers in the M18-24 Group are going sub 4 which in my world is insane considering these People have a normal Job and Life to Manage and dont live from the Sport.

How to train in off season

Hello there. I have an ironman 70.3 with a goal of sub 4:30 in exactly 1 year. I was wondering how i am supposed to train so far away from an event? If i understood it right it doesnt make sense to have too much volume. How much volume per discipline and how much high intensity work would you recommend in "off season"?

First do a 70.3?

Im unsure at the moment if i should do a 70.3 first or full send it for a full distance in exactly a year. Im already on a good fitness level and train around 15 Hours a week.

did you do a 70.3 first or also a full one?

Sub 1:30 Halbmarathon

Was sind eure Meinungen?

training peak plan without a race goal

So i have been looking for a training plan for a while now and just found this full distance ironman plan on trainingpeaks which lasts 22 weeks. i just dont have a specific race goal at a certain date, i want to do one next year but thats obviously more than 22 weeks. I guess i can just reuse it when im through, my question is where would i restart after 22 weeks? im a bit unsure with planning my training.
