Packout fuel vac no longer clicks into packout. Anyone seen this issue before?

I love this vacuum and I just noticed today that it won’t click into the Pack out mounts. It looks like the debris cavity on the bottom is concaved.

This was never exposed to extreme heat and is still under warranty. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen

This would prevent most thefts in NYC

After riding the last 13 years in New York City. I’m convinced that a grinder resistant U lock through the front wheel which stop most attacks. In my opinion, most attacks are someone just push pushing your bike away. Not picking it up and putting it in a truck.
