A few weeks ago I asked on the vegan subreddit if anyone tried cooking Just Egg on a Blackstone/griddle. To answer my own question and for whoever else is wondering: if you add plenty of butter and move quick enough with your spatulas, it works great. I wouldn’t recommend you make patties with a mold because they’ll definitely stick if you let them sit too long. I have a copper non stick mat that I’ll try using for patties

My wife got this beauty for me for my birthday last year but alas I’m not one to drink a six pack in one sitting too often. Yesterday I decided to use it for kimchi and it made life much easier

I’ve been contemplating pulling the trigger on this for years and finally did. My wife recently discovered how easy it is to use them so chances are this bag won’t last as long as originally planned. Will be stuffing these in our chest freezer
