I am currently unemployed answer to be homeless and seeking honest work of any kind. While I may not have extensive experience, I am eager to learn, work hard, and demonstrate my reliability.

I live with social anxiety, which I have learned to manage effectively. It does not prevent me from working. I am dependable, honest, and committed to giving every job my best effort. I have applied for SSI today and was told it will take 3 to 5 months before I know if I'm approved or denied.

It is important to me to stay focused and continue moving forward as I work toward a better future. At this time, my only transportation is my bicycle or walking, so positions within a few miles of my current location are the most accessible for me.

If you are aware of any opportunities for day labor, yard work, moving assistance, cleaning, or other honest work, I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to be considered.

UPDATE 7-22: I got a job for Friday. Any other day I'm still available

NOTE: originally arrested on 3-3-09 and discharged on 5-27-26 I would like to also let people know recently I have been helping hisplacehisway ministries make food boxes and deliver them every first and third Tuesday of the month. I just got out of prison after 17 years. I’m currently homeless, sleeping on someone’s couch. The world feels very different now suffering from a massive culture shock, and I’m trying to adjust to everything that’s changed. I have an appointment to apply for on 6-20-26 but it may take about a year or more to get an approval or denial. Until then, I’m struggling to get by and really need a hand up to get on my feet. The funds will help me secure housing, buy food and clothes, get utilities turned on when I find a place, and pay court payments. get an electric moped or scooter or a E-bike to get around on.These steps are essential for me to start over and build a stable life. I want to be able to support myself and contribute to my community, but right now, I need help to get through this transition. Everything helps, no matter the size. I’m down on my luck, and after 17 years, the world is very different. I am extremely grateful for whatever help anyone can do. Your support means more than you know, and I am looking forward once I’m back on my fee to be able to pay it forward.

Does anybody know of any resources that will help sex offenders in Arkansas

I've been looking and not finding any help is appreciated

I did my prison time in Oklahoma and got transferred here to Arkansas for a little bit of jail time currently on sis probation with no probation officer and because I have no probation officer the probation office will not help I need help finding transitional housing here in Arkansas if anybody can help me give me some ideas tell me places to get resources court cost coming up in 3 weeks so I need ideas and resources about job placement also thank you for any help you're able to give

Looking for work in a restaurant business no fast food restaurants please but any other okay if everybody knows any restaurants looking to hire dishwasher or something like that please let me know I don't have real transportation I have to use my bike ( donated to me by soul food ) and since I don't have but only my bike to get around and I have no light on it I'll have to work mornings and days and early evening as long as enough light for me to see getting back home I'm also willing to work weekends holidays pretty much any day of the week please let me know somebody I have some mental disabilities like schizophrenic disorder and social phobia that makes it really really hard for me to work with customers and talk to people in general I'm willing to start at the bottom of the chain and willing to work hard if anybody knows anything please let me know on here thank you and God bless

Just got out of prison on 5-27 and staying on someone's couch. He just got an eviction notice about a week ago I don't know how long the eviction will take he wants to wait for the court to kick him out. Easy for him to say he has a place to go when it happens. I am using his address for mail to get my social security card and food stamps EBT card. I need my social security card to get an ID. So if he gets court evected before they both come in I'm in trouble. Can't get a job, donate plasma or get into a housing program without state ID. Can stay in the local shelter but that's only for up to 30 days then not allowed back for a year. No day shelter around. Not asking for a hand out advice. I have several mental disabilities and a convicted felon so it limits me on what I can do. I forgot to add my phone is about to be disconnected the bill is due this week I want to try to get what I can figured out before the eviction goes through. About how long will it take before they lock us out or court gives final notice?

Update: found out I could also make money doing surveys and alike but the ones I looked into u need some kind of bank account to send that money to. And I'll be damned I need an ID to do that. My life is on hold till I can get my SSI card to get my ID also I have no transportation to get anywhere to do odd jobs

If you are truly in a tight spot for what ever reason and hungry or starving quit begging for free fast food and do what we homeless jobless poor people really do. VISIT A FOOD BANK. The people at them are nice and their to help and the food is FREE no matter where u live every city has a few just Google food banks closest to me.

I just had my first soda in 17 years! It was a Pepsi. The church I volunteered at the other day gave me some in a food box I put them in the fridge to get cold. Ya the prison sold them on canteen but after I spent my monthly $20 they gave us on hygiene and a few ramen I didn't have enough

I'm needing money in a bad way. My court payments will have to start soon amongst other important issues I am having and would like some advice on home these plasma centers work and what they pay in Arkansas. Thank you

I am in Conway Arkansas.I just got done doing 17years and 3months in prison. I lost all my family and friends. When they finally let me out I had only the clothes on my back and some paper work. No SSI card or any other paperwork exempt my birth certificate. Not enough to get ID. I am homeless staying on someone's couch. SSI card is being mailed but still have no money for the ID. Can't get a job without ID having to go to food banks just to eat and get some clothes. Was released wearing my prison oranges and tore up boots. Been locked up so long I don't even know how things work anymore.

But I still won't give up! It takes time but I will do it. Don't know how. The only support I have is someone letting me sleep on his couch for a little while. He don't have electric and he got a evection notice last week but for the time it's better than the street till they kick us both out. But still no matter how hard it gets I'll not give up!!!!

Not trying to cry and get sympathy if I was I would tell you all the things done to me in prison ( robbed, beat, raped, and tortured ) but this post is about me being positive and free to start my life again. No matter how bad my life was before now

Update: I went to a church today for help with food and they gave me much more. As soon as my SSI card comes in the mail they will take me to get my ID and even pay for it! They are also going to help me get a job when I get my ID. I will be volunteering with them helping make food boxes and hand them out. Among other stuff helping them out to .

Just got out of prison 5-27. And staying with a friend on his couch. Any recommendations on where to get help getting on my feet. Already applied for SSI card and food stamps. Got a bike from soul foods 4 days ago.
