Our first real “holy shit, this is working” moment
We actually made money from our agency.
This picture probably looks stupid to most people.
For me, it's probably one of the first times DevAnalog Technologies felt like a real business.
No investors.
No rich dad.
No “I made $50k in 7 days with AI” bullshit.
Just me and my team sitting in front of laptops, trying to convince people to pay us to build software.
There were plenty of days where we were doing everything except making money.
Building websites.
Making proposals.
Calling people.
Getting ghosted.
Getting told “we'll get back to you.”
They never got back.
Then eventually, someone actually paid us.
And then another one did.
And suddenly we're standing here holding money that came directly from something we built ourselves.
It's not life-changing money.
But seeing physical cash earned through our own agency hits different.
The funny part?
A year ago, I would've looked at this picture and thought, “Damn, these guys are rich.”
Now I look at it and think:
“Okay. Payroll is due.”
Back to work.
