Andouille sausages with diced pickled andouille sausage as a condiment. Should probably have marked this as NSFW, but I am unhinged and ungovernable.

I was chopping up some pickles and onions to put on my hot link, and then I remembered I had some pickled sausage too.

Heavytech-ish pickled egg salad sandwich, with my proprietary pickled red onion relish... I also added some avocado, but I left it out of the picture so the other ingredients would be visible.

Pretty easy, inexpensive, filling and delicious.

With Hot Honey Bacon Sauce. This was decadent... and gone in seconds...
