Interesting duality between retaining and not regarding attraction

It's crazy the difference in attraction between retaining and not retaining. When I don't retain I may get looks thrown my way every now and then but that's it. When I do retain it feels like women are throwing themselves at me a lot more often, like it's a daily to weekly thing as opposed to just the occasional chance.

I was in a previous long-term relationship and while I believe it failed for a number of reasons, a huge part of it was not retaining.

My current relationship is a little over a year and I met her by retaining, and since I've known her I've kind of fallen off the wagon, and I can sense both my own sex drive and desire drop off, not just for her but in general, but also the attraction that other women and her may feel for me. She is still attracted to me because we've been together for a year so there is bonding and a relationship that has been built, but whenever I retain for even just 3 days she certainly notices the difference and it is obvious.

I think the reason I'm making this post is because although someone's girlfriend or wife may love them, if it is rare that other women are into them, subconsciously their own woman might be wondering why she's with them. I'm not getting into the psychology of it it's just a belief I have, like a natural selection kind of thing.

This is why I believe retaining is so important even for people in relationships, because it keeps you seen as a desirable and attractive male, even when your partner loves you there is that underlying attraction that pertains to retaining.

Personally I want to get back to the point of only ejaculating through intercourse with my woman, it is very hard when one is comfortable in their life situation, but it was a eye-opening moment when I realized the attraction from other women has dropped since I haven't been retaining, which means subconsciously I believe attraction from my own partner might not be as strong even though things are going very well in our relationship.

it's just a weird thought to me that why is she into me so much even when I'm not retaining but so many other women have stopped being attracted to me only seemingly because I'm breaking retention

Sino, don't get me wrong I love my girlfriend very much and finer to be the most attractive woman, struggling with retention is simply a bad habit and compulsion of struggling to break. In no way am I looking to flirt or cheat on her, I just believe when other women are attracted to you more often, that your own woman will be as well due to natural selection

Content Similar to This?

I love this series but am almost finished. Anyone have any movies or other channels that capture this vibe?

I know its unique, so the suggestions don't have to be exact, but something that captures either the found footage/ analog horror, or really anything that gives the same vibe, maybe more horror?

Can't seem to quit even though i have the most beautiful girlfriend

I feel so addicted and I know it makes me less attracted to real life intimacy and my girlfriend. I find my girlfriend extremely beautiful and we have matching sex drives and its such a good relationship, but I have such a compulsion to watch porn and masturbate even when my girlfriend is way more than enough for me and all I'll ever need.

How can I quit when everything is already so good but I hate doing it and am so addicted

I hate that it drains my masculine energy so much, and mentally distances myself from my relationship, but also lowers physical pleasure from sex, and takes up so much of my time.

I do it like 3-4 times a week and have sex 1-2, and sex with the woman I love should be all in need, and is, yet i have such a strong compulsion to do it, even though I hate it

IWTL How to function and thrive when exhausted & tired.

So I have severe sleep apnea and I'm currently being treated, I have gotten my events down to one times an hour versus 50 times an hour before being treated. Although treatment has been effective according to my doctor's, I am still exhausted and so sleepy all the time.

I eat right and I'm active and live an otherwise healthy lifestyle, So I've essentially just accepted that I'm always going to be tired And have to learn how to function to the best of my ability In this condition.

I'm wondering if there are any tips and tricks, mindset shifts to stay productive and Thrive while constantly tired? I miss out on the gym a lot now because of it and become disoriented a lot during the day and lightheaded because of it and also struggle getting up in the morning.

Honestly just accepting that I am always tired has helped out, but if anyone has tips and tricks or anything to help with this let me know, thanks.

Can't Find The Motivation To Train?

Ive been kickboxing for about 10 years on and off and want to compete. Lately my current gym has a lot of pros and amateur fighters. Ive trained with pros before and Im at their level skill wise since I have a lot of experience, Im a great sparring partner and challenge them in sparring when my cardio allows for it.

My issue is I have horrible cardio, and also lose motivation fast. I work 50 hours a week doing a pretty tiring job. Im satisfied with my skill level as well with kickboxing.

The problem comes because im tired from my job, and satisfied with my skill level, even though I want to compete and know I'd do well, I dont have the drive to get into fight shape, and lately I've been missing a lot of classes as well, focusing more on life outside the gym like work and my relationships.

For those who have gone through this and overcame it, how do I keep my energy levels up? How do I stay disciplined to train at the very least on my once a week sparring nights? I miss it, but its almost like im afraid of it at this point, and have become too complacent, and distracted with everything else in life.

How can I get the drive and discipline back so I can at least have 1 fight instead of just being a glorified sparring partner?

For sex drive, general arousal, and energy, is quitting porn more beneficial than quitting fapping?

So I'm trying to raise my sex drive, motivation, and energy in life, as well as my sexual sensitivity. Partly for my current relationship but also partly just for myself. I'm realizing I don't have the willpower to fully quit both at once so I'm thinking of cutting one out to start and then cutting out the other one once I'm used to not having the first one in my life.

I'd like to cut out the one that gives the most downsides or will give the most benefits by quitting. For some reason I'm thinking pornography will benefit me the most to quit while fapping would be a good secondary, this is because I don't feel like fapping without pornography, but the reverse is not true.

What do you guys think?

How to handle customer complaints that are straight out wrong or idiotic?

New manager, had a customer come in mad saying that symmetry covered horribly and took four coats, meanwhile Behr Premium Plus always covers in one coat for him. I just told him that's the first time I've ever heard anything like that and thanked for the feedback.

Alternative to sidekick to the thigh?

I grew up training Savate as my main kickboxing style, and a big technique in savate is the sidekick to the thigh. We were trained to control our power in only throw extremely light, but in my current gym a big part of the sparring etiquette is to not throw it during sparring.

I'm wondering what some good replacements are for it to use as a stop hit when the opponent is coming forward. I've been just using the sidekick to the chest or calf kicks to sweep their leg out but wondering if anyone has other alternatives?

How to let my gf know she's just not that good at blowjobs in a constructive way?

Both of us are early 30s, I've been able to orgasm from blowjobs consistently from other women, but my current girlfriend uses teeth and just doesn't have the endurance/consistency or the right techniques. It feels alright but it just isn't nearly the same as every other woman I've been with.

The kicker is i love her and don't want to make her feel insecure about it, she's the most beautiful woman ever and sex is amazing, its just, I miss getting a good blow job and would rather fix the issue than have it stay like this.

I know, 1st world problems right.. but if there is a way I can coach her or guide her to doing it better, but also just the lack of consistency/stamina can be frustrating because that isn't technique issue i can communicate through.

Any advice? I want to be caring about it as me being in her shoes I'd personally be really hurt if it was said the wrong way. I love her a lot and she's an 11/10 in my eyes, so if it doesn't get better, not a big deal, but if there's a healthy way to communicate this, it would help out

Bought 70lbs kettlebell. How can I work my arms without clean/press?

So I'm working my way up to being able to clean and press the bell. This is my first kettlebell but I'm already quite strong, I can do 6 sets of 10 two handed swings only 1 minute rest. I want to work up to doing them one handed, can only do about 5 one handed rn. My form is good in 2 handed.

I'm wondering how I can get my arms stronger with it. Do 2 handed cleans? Right now I'm basically doing 1 handed rows with them

I know most would say I should've went with a lighter bell, but I want to slowly work my way up with this 70lb one, I'm used to lifting and do martial arts for 15 years, so I understand the importance of perfect form and not doing more if im too tired to maintain form.

Any exercise recommendations with this bell?

Nausea, exhaustion, headache and disorientation from cpap 1 week in

Hello, I started cpap 7 days ago, probably night 3 I stayed at my girlfriends house and used my mouthguard (somnofit s), and then last night, night 6, I used the mouthguard again.

My issue is that whenever I use the cpap, I feel nauseous and have a headache all day, along with waking up extremely tired and disoriented.

My AHI was 50, but goes to under 2 according to the cpap. I also have severe gerd but that hasn't caused the nausea I feel with cpap.

Also, cervical degenerative disc disease, which i usually sleep on my stomach with head turned to the side to relieve my neck pain when sleeping. The cpap nose mask I use doesn't let me sleep in a way to relieve my neck pain.

The morning exhaustion and disorientation lasts like 3 hours after waking up.

The issue is I keep way better with the $150 mouthguard compared to the cpap, and don't have the side effects of the cpap. I know my AHI is probably higher with the mouthguard though.

I told my doctor and they just said I need to use it more, but the side effects are actually debilitating, and I'm wondering why they don't actually want to help and just push the machine.

Thinking of just giving it back and getting a MAD from the dentist. I was falling asleep during the day before any treatment, but with the mouth guard it seems to have fixed my issues and without the side effects of the cpap.

Any insights on this and my situation?

Been using SnoreRx for travel/no cpap nights. It ends up readjusting at night. Any better alternatives?

So I've been using the basic SnoreRx for 3 weeks now, and while it helps, the "lock system" that allows me to adjust it ends up moving at night. I set it at 3/6, and it readjusts to 1/6 when I wake up in the morning.

I plan to use cpap most of the time, but when traveling or on nights that I don't have my cpap, I need a good mouth guard to use.

I'm looking for a better alternative to SnoreRx that is just as effective but doesn't readjust during sleep (please no left field suggestions like "just always use cpap" or "don't use mouth guards")

Any suggestions on a good mouth guard that will stay "locked" or is preset position and just as if not more comfortable and effective as SnoreRx? Should I try the "plus" version?
