Hi everyone!

I am planning to buy the new Google Pixel 11 Pro from the Google Store here in Europe.

Does anyone have an unused EU referral code they could share? If you have one available, could you please send it to me via DM?

I spent 4 months building a Net Worth tracker because I was sick of broken bank syncs and clunky spreadsheets. It's finally live on Google Play! 🚀

Hey everyone!

After 4 months of late-night coding, refining UX, and testing offline performance, I finally published my app, Patrimonio, on the Google Play Store!

I know what you're thinking: "Another finance app?"

Here is why I decided to build it from scratch: I was exhausted by existing solutions. Open Banking connections break every 90 days, sensitive financial data gets harvested, and managing a 30-column Excel sheet on a phone display is a nightmare.

So I spent the last 4 months building a clean, fast, and privacy-focused alternative.

What makes Patrimonio different:

Zero Bank Syncs: 100% manual control. No credentials shared, no broken API links, complete privacy.

Offline-First Architecture: Instant load times. Logs transactions locally first and syncs smoothly in the background when back online.

Complete Portfolio Overview: Net worth tracking across bank accounts, ETFs, stocks, crypto, and real estate.

100% Free & Ad-Free: No paywalls, no subscriptions, no annoying popups.

I’d love for you to check it out, give me your honest feedback on the onboarding/UX, and if you like the experience, leaving a quick review on the Play Store would mean the absolute world to me as a new release!

Thanks for reading! Happy to answer any tech or design questions in the comments!

Median.co native loader & badge showing up on login (3–4s grey screen), How to fix?

Hi everyone,

I built a React web app using Lovable and wrapped it for mobile using Median.co.

Recently, whenever a user logs in, a grey screen with the "Powered by Median.co" badge appears for about 3–4 seconds before loading the actual app. Previously, the transition was seamless using my app's internal spinners and custom background colors.

A couple of questions for those experienced with Median:

-Is this standard behavior when a full page refresh happens during auth?

-Should I fix this by disabling the "Page Loading Indicator" in Median's dashboard, or by refactoring the login flow in my frontend to avoid hard reloads?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

[Android] [Future Pro Tier -> Free Lifetime (Early Adopters)] Patrimonio: Minimalist Net Worth & DCA Tracker

Hey!! I’m an indie developer sharing my recently launched app with this community.

To build my initial user base, I am granting Lifetime Free Access (including all future Pro features) to early adopters who create an account during this launch phase (from now until the end of 2026 at the latest).

Here are the required details for the giveaway:

  • Product name: Patrimonio - Net Worth Tracker
  • Platform: Android
  • Normal price: Free now (Future Pro Tier will be paid, but early accounts are grandfathered in for life).
  • Free deal duration: Lifetime for Early Adopters.
  • Link or process to claim: Just download the app and create an account. The early adopter status is applied automatically. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.median.android.xleldxr&pcampaignid=web_share
  • Whether feedback is required: Not strictly mandatory, but honest feedback on the UI/UX is massively appreciated!
  • Expiration date: December 31, 2026.
  • Limits: Unlimited for now.

About the App: I was exhausted by clunky mobile spreadsheets and didn't trust finance apps that force you to link your bank accounts. I built Patrimonio as a clean, pure dark-mode dashboard to track wealth and DCA progress on the go.

It relies entirely on manual entry. All your data is tied exclusively to an anonymous ID, meaning your financial privacy is 100% protected. There are absolutely no ads.

If you are looking for a sleek, private way to track your portfolio, grab your lifetime account now.

I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

Give a Review and I'll test your app back for 14 days!

Hey guys!

I just launched my app Patrimonio, a free and ad-free net worth and DCA tracker.

If you can download it and leave a quick review or rating on the Play Store, I’d really appreciate it.

Send me a screenshot of your review in the comments or via PM, along with your app link, and I will test your app for 14 days (or review back).

Happy to support each other!

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.median.android.xleldxr

Thanks a lot!

(just one important thing: please keep the app installed for at least 2 or 3 days so the Play Store algorithm actually counts the install and doesn't delete the review.)

How I launched my first Android app in 3 months for under $50 using AI (and why the "1-click" myth is a lie)

Hi everyone, I wanted to share the raw journey of building my first mobile app as a solo dev scratching my own itch.

I was suffering from "mobile spreadsheet fatigue". Trying to update my investments and net worth on my phone was a nightmare. The existing apps were either packed with ads or demanded a $20 subscription just to show a pie chart. I just wanted a clean, fast tracker in my pocket, so I built it myself.

For the tech stack, I used Lovable to build the core web-app structure and Median to wrap it natively for Android. My total upfront cost was around $40.

You see tech gurus claiming AI can build an app in one click. That is a complete lie. The AI got me to 80% incredibly fast, but finishing the final 20% took 3 solid months of daily work. Fixing the UI, squashing bugs, and making the buttons feel smooth and native requires an insane amount of human patience. Execution is still the hardest part.

The final result is Patrimonio. It’s a minimalist, 100% free, ad-free wealth tracker with also an "Wealth Forecast" feature that projects your future net worth to keep you motivated on bad market days. I also kept it privacy-first: everything is manual entry (no bank syncs) and tied to a strictly anonymous ID.

If anyone is curious about using Lovable or Median to build their MVP, I am an open book. Ask me anything about my prompts, workflow, or struggles!

If you want to check it out and roast my UI, search on the Play Store: "Patrimonio - Net Worth Tracker" (Blue Icon)

I built a free Net Worth Tracker 💰

Hi everyone. I'm a personal finance enthusiast like many of you, but for a long time, I dealt with two huge frustrations:

  1. Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets from a phone is a nightmare.
  2. Finance apps on the Play Store either bombard you with 30-second ads right after you log a transaction, or they demand expensive subscriptions just to show you a simple pie chart.

So I thought: "You know what? I'll just build one myself."

Over the last 3 months, I’ve worked tirelessly to develop Patrimonio (using Lovable for the web-app structure and Median to wrap it natively for Android). I built it specifically for my own needs: not to micro-track every single coffee I buy, but to have a clear overview of my long-term investments, DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) plans, savings accounts, crypto, and fixed recurring expenses.

What the app does (100% free and zero ads):

  • Tracks accounts, cards, investments, and cash (Manual entry for maximum privacy).
  • Automatically manages recurring transactions (perfect for broker DCA plans or fixed utility bills).
  • Provides a "Wealth Forecast" chart estimating how your net worth will grow based on your average savings.
  • Features a clean Light/Dark mode interface, where I tuned every single button so you don't waste time.

The Privacy Question: Data is saved on a cloud database (Supabase) but is tied exclusively to an anonymous User ID. No one (not even me) can associate those numbers with a real person or an email address. They are just encrypted strings of numbers.

Why I'm posting here: Currently, the app is available only for Android. I poured my heart and soul into this for 3 months to make it completely bug-free for my own daily use, but now I’d love to know if it makes sense to you guys too.

Here is the link to the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.median.android.xleldxr&pcampaignid=web_share

My question for you is: could this be a valid alternative to your current tracking methods? And most importantly, after trying it, is there a core feature you feel is absolutely missing to make it perfect?

I welcome any kind of critique; I really need it to learn and improve the app. Thank you so much to anyone who takes a look!

Got this "moisture detected" warning on my Pixel Watch during charging - Is this normal?

Hey everyone, I just got this warning message when I put my watch on the charger. Since the screen is in Italian, I wanted to ask if anyone else has seen this.

For those who don't understand the language, here is a literal translation of the text shown:

Literal Translation:

  • -> Dry watch and charger, then wait 1 min for charging to resume.

I have dried it, and it seems to charge now, but I'm worried. Has this happened to anyone else? Does this message show up because the sensors are broken, or is it just a sensitive safety feature?

(For context, the watch has never been submerged or exposed to high-pressure water. It only gets occasional light splashes when I wash my hands, and I always keep it away from direct water during showers. It has never actually been underwater.)

Where to buy a domain for my app without hidden price hikes?

Hey everyone,

I built an app and I want to register a domain for its landing page. I am completely new to this and online guides are very confusing and lack price transparency.

  1. Does it make sense to buy a domain for a simple app? Should I go for .com, .it, or something else?
  2. What is the absolute best domain registrar?

I want to avoid traps like "free first year, then €50+ from the second year." I am looking for honest recommendations with transparent renewal fees.

Thanks!

Random "Google Play" error on app startup after long standby/reboot? (4-5x a month)

Hey everyone,

I keep getting this random error when launching apps on my Google Pixel 10 Pro and I’m trying to figure out if it’s a known bug.

The Details:

Frequency: 4-5 times a month.

Triggers: It only happens right after a phone reboot, or after the phone has been sitting in deep standby for a long time.

My Setup: Everything is fully updated (Android OS, Google Play system update, and all apps are on their latest versions).

What I've tried:

Reinstalling the app: Tried it (as the error suggests), but it didn't fix the root cause.

The Workaround: If I tap CLOSE, clear the app from my recents/force close it, and reopen it, it launches perfectly on the second try every single time.

Anyone else experiencing this or know what might be causing it? Thanks!

2009 Aygo A/C blowing colder on passenger side than driver side?

Just recharged my A/C. The passenger side vents blow freezing cold, but the driver’s side is barely cool.

My only workaround when driving alone is closing the passenger vents and turning on recirculation.

- Is this a known factory defect or a fixable issue?

- Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you fix it?

Thanks!

I built a 100% free, ad-free net worth tracker because Excel was driving me insane.

I was losing my mind checking 4 different apps and updating a messy spreadsheet just to figure out how much money I actually had.

I just wanted a clean dashboard to track everything (banks, ETFs, crypto, and physical cash) in one place. So I built my own app using Lovable.

It’s 100% free and has zero ads. I originally made it just for myself. Fast forward a month and way too much money spent on AI credits fixing weird bugs, it actually works perfectly now.

It does one thing and does it well. No extra noise, no paywalls. You open it, see your total net worth, and close it.

Drop your feedback below. Tell me what you like, but mostly tell me what sucks so I can fix it.

it's not constant, it just happens on certain days!! i've already cleaned the cabin filter, but the smell persists.

do you have any suggestions on how to neutralize it for good?? has anyone dealt with this and fixed it??"

Thanks!
