I used to be completely obsessed with content creation, taking photos, filming around the city, posting vids etc etc...But lately I’ve been so disconnected from it... For people who have done this before, where would you recommend looking? Are there specific Facebook groups, roommate platforms, brokers, building communities, or other places that tend to attract people looking for nicer shared apartments rather than budget shares?

I’m helping plan a company launch event in Austin this July and we’re looking for a venue that feels really memorable, unusual, or “wow” when guests walk in. 150 Guests will mostly be investors.

Open to exotic, unexpected, beautiful, or high-end spaces. Not just a standard hotel ballroom. We’re also open to hiring an Austin-based event planner who could help source the venue and pull the concept together.
