I finally see Gaucho Grill open in OTT and looked pretty packed! Has anyone went there and how was the experience/food? Would love to take the fam one day

The Breakfast Club on Rancho and Margarita is bomb!! Every bite was packed with flavor. Absolute flavor town!! I have really high hopes for this restaurant. Usually, whenever a new restaurant opens in that spot, it ends up closing down, but this place seems promising. The parking lot was pretty full, and it was busy inside too. I really hope they stick around!

I’m part time teller here, and I’m planning to talk to my managers about becoming a personal banker.
My long term goal is to transfer to LA, but I know it’s expensive. I want to make enough to live somewhat comfortably out there.
For those who became a banker, how did you bring it up to your manager? Also, is the pay in the LA area enough to get by, or is it still pretty tough?
