Shre your first 'masterpiece' that now makes you cringe
Let's roast each other
Corner brackets for outdoor dining table
Old ones were splitting at the pocket holes. Easier to print then miter out of wood and have them split again.
PETG 5 wall and 15% gyroid and they're solid.
Reference examples of clear resin and ink for different transparencies
Does anyone have a reference or guide they recommend on how much ink to clear resin will provide different transparency levels?
Like a side by side of how much for a light shade vs how much for a full color?
First time trying this and want to avoid wasting materials.
I've tried Google but haven't found a good example
My Bard refuses to Roleplay seduction
Does anyone else have this problem? A bard at my table refuses to Roleplay. He says if he doesn't know if he's getting lucky within 15 seconds he's out. I really need this to last longer.
How do I keep him engaged? These instances are really the only reason I DM. If I can't RP a dragon trying to be seduced by a halfling why am I even here?
Taking a break
Hanging the pads up for a bit, see you boys from the sidelines. Been burnt out on it and not enjoying it as much as I have in the past. Getting older sucks sometimes. But I'll be back
Egg sacs?
North San Diego county, all these rosemary bushes are absolutely covered in these. What are these?
New DM needs advice for engaging one-shots
Need some advice. We're all new. We've done 2 one shots so far while we all try and figure out the rules before jumping into a full campaign.
One player really really wants a deep story and lore with high stakes and deep roleplay. I'm struggling on how to fit that into a one shot session? How do you make one shots less railroad-y, more lore/story driven and engaging?
For reference we did most potent brew and wild sheep chase.
Videos on rule explanations for new DMs?
Looking for recommendations on videos that are set up to teach new DMs rules? I've watched a decent amount of Matt Colville's video (still working through them), but I'm looking for something more technical on rules as the players handbook seems somewhat vague in some instances.
My group is all new. I've taken on the role as DM, but need help. None of us have ever played D&D before. I have experience with table top, but only Warhammer. Everyone else is absolutely new to tabletop RPGs
I've read the players handbook (haven't memorized it yet) and the DM book. I still have questions on some rules and how to go about everything. We've done 2 one shots so far (potent brew and wild sheep chase) and everyone had fun, which is the most important part for me. But I would like to learn RaW as best I can.
Love this camera, it's a tank and no matter what I throw at it she just keeps on working.
Lenses for these were 24-70, 70-200, and 200-500.
