has anyone else aquagenic pruritus/ cold urticaria and vulvodynia? because i learned yesterday that it’s not normal that your skin burns and itches when you’re in cold water😭? i googled it and this allergy has again to do with histamine intolerance.

has anyone else this weird concidence? im gonna tell my doctor about it and see if he’ll prescribe me anthistamines. i was just curious if anyone else experienced this and if it was connected

he wants to be intimate every time we meet and I am to people pleasing to say no.
we can’t have piv, we just do other things and everytime it comes to that, I think “he can’t even be inside of me, how can I begrudge him the other things that we can do? its the only thing I can offer him” because I don’t wanna disappoint him or make him sad.

I’m so scared he’ll leave me if I tell him i don’t want to have sex with him so often because we can’t even have piv so I can’t even give him “the full experience” and I have to “console” him with other things.

It hurts often, too and I’m in pain a few days after as well. I always tell him he shouldnt touch my vulva because it hurts, but he always seems to forget and then I’m in pain. Plus I can’t feel a lot of pleasure sometimes so I just pretend that it feels good 40% of the time.

how do you guys deal with this? How did you tell your partners?🥲

everyone told me Tower of Dawn is boring and hard to get through and I should just skim it but i just finished it and I thought it was amazing! the beginning was a bit slow and boring but the khagan children are such interesting characters and I loved chaols and nesryns character arcs and love stories. also the valg and Kharankui subplots were so so suspenseful and scary so i have 0 complaints!
Also I loved all the little connections to the other books like >!Falkan appearing again and being lysandras brother!<?! Sarah j Maas is amazing. my favourite scene was when hasar was pushed into the pool hahaha!

i struggle to feel arousal and lust in the last few weeks. especially being diagnosed with this made me feel less aroused, and everytime i have “sex” with my partner i have to think about this condition and if ill regret having “sex” later because I’m scared ill be in pain (we basically grind against each other since he doesn’t fit in)

hi, did anyone else have problems with latex as well?

I can’t really do condoms because after 10mins, everything starts burning and feeling raw, same thing with when I use durex lube (it includes glycerin); I bought a glycerin free lube and it just burned a tiny bit at the beginning, then nothing.

but when I use the durex lube, it burns like literal hell when only touching the outer part of my vagina (for example when I’m dilating, so no rubbing against my boyfie or anything)

does anyone else have this problem? could this be the cause of this condition? was this the case for anyone and how did you solve it?

i just found a doctor near me that treats vulvodynia with laser and her next free appointment is next week. all of the reviews are so good and stories of success but idk i am not sure if i want to let someone laser down there. does anyone have good experiences with it? does the pain come back?

i am at the library for like 5-6 hours and at some point i get so fucking hungry and tired i can't focus anymore. im gluten intolerant so i cant buy a sandwich or anything. also its gotten above 30 degrees in my country the last weeks so i cant really bring something that spoils easily. what are your go to library snacks to stay full for the day?
