Reasonably believe my granted patent is infringed by two FAANG companies

Hi all!
I had recently received a patent grant (actually 2 grants , 1 primary application and 1 cip).
The invention is related to improvements in prediction algorithms by removing data leak and i proposed the system automatically generates alerts in runtime that removes risk of data leak and improves the deployed model life

I submitted this idea (through my employer) and 2 patents were successfully granted in August.
, i recently researched for any products around this idea, and found two major cloud providers who are also claiming very similar services.
The distinction is that they don’t claim that they detect data leak but they have the same output as my patent recommends. And obviously they donot disclose the methodology.

My question is that is this worth investigating into it ? Shall i let my employer know about this. I will not get any royalties as just an inventor. But is this a good thing to chase or just let go?

Looking for AI consultants to collaborate on innovation and IP development

I am an innovator with 15 granted patents and 2 non provisional applications filed in USPTO mostly in AI/ML applications/language models and hybrid cloud.

I have over 10 years of experience in innovating technologies particularly in AI applications including from very saturated fields (state of the art models) and new technologies.

Given my experience, from past 1 year i have been fortunate to start consulting on my own. I have an active collaboration with 2 AI consultants independently (based in US), where i have paired up with them to provide value to their consulting,
I have integrated my innovation analysis with their product development for the clients.
My work typically involves:

  1. identifying the innovation opportunities in the existing architecture,
  2. Improving architecture that leads to improved novelty and a structured roadmap for future development,
  3. Tying the whole process to achieve business value.

This effort has led to 2 applications filed for the client.

If any AI consultants or Fractional CTO looking to white label my services as integrated development for thier client please reach out to me. Open to know what clients are more looking into these days regarding differentiation of their product.

Founders - how do you pitch your idea to investors?

Hi community! I am an innovator with 15 granted patents and 1 filed application in USPTO.
All my work except one i have done as an inventor with focus on getting better product out for my team.
This last patent i have filed as a consultant for a client with a deep engagement and innovation during product development.

I want to get your perspective, does IP help founders during their pitch to investors specially those who raise series A B and beyond ?
Does this conversation ever come up during pitch ? Overall what are the pain points to deliver a great pitch?

I really want to work on this problem of innovation mining and its impact on raising funding (if it is even a problem).
I have had succcess in the past but I couldn’t correlate if it was the urge to raise next round for the client or was it overall IP development that he was interested in .

Invention mining as a career

Hi there! I am very much interested to explore consulting in invention mining from existing products or under development products of clients.
I recently consulted a AI healthcare client where i identified few invention areas, developed two inventions and drafted them as patent applications (1 non provisional, 1 CIP application) and the client was very impressed.

To give a gist to it i am the inventor in the patent and that is assigned to their company.
I overall have 15 granted uspto patents, 1 filed, 1 about to submit.

Does anyone know if this career option has a chance to florish?

Note: as part or my work i wear shoes of inventor, patent agent, figures drafts, client business analysis and i charge for my consulting.

Looking to collaborate with AI consultants and fractional CTOs ok technical defensibility

I’m looking to connect with AI consultants and fractional CTOs who help startups design, build, or improve AI products.
My background is in software engineering, AI/ML, and innovation development, and I’m a named inventor on 15 granted US patents. More recently, I’ve been working alongside an independent AI consultant to identify and structure defensible technical innovations emerging from client projects.
Through this collaboration, we’ve supported two patent applications for one of his healthcare AI clients. The consultant remains focused on delivering the product, while I help uncover the deeper technical differentiation, document it, develop the invention concepts, and prepare the material for patent counsel.
I’m interested in building similar partnerships with consultants or fractional CTOs who:
Work closely with AI startup founders

Build technically complex or differentiated products

Want to offer clients more strategic value beyond implementation

Occasionally encounter clients asking about patents, defensibility, or differentiation

This does not need to become part of every engagement. It can be introduced selectively when a client’s product contains meaningful technical innovation.
I’m open to referral, collaborative, embedded, or white-label working arrangements. Happy to exchange notes with anyone working in this space.

15 granted patents- Looking to collaborate with AI consultants and fractional CTOs on technical differentiation and IP

I’m looking to connect with **AI consultants, fractional CTOs, product development firms, and technical advisors**who may see value in adding innovation and IP support to selected client engagements.
I have **15 granted U.S. patents** across AI, machine learning, cloud computing, NLP, and software systems. I now use that experience to work with technical teams during active development—helping them identify meaningful technical differentiation, document invention areas, assess novelty, and develop material that can later be taken forward with patent counsel.
An existing collaboration with an AI consultant has worked particularly well. By supporting his client engagement alongside the ongoing technical work, we identified and developed multiple invention areas that have resulted in **two patent applications**. The consultant retained his client relationship, while I provided focused innovation and IP support behind the scenes.
I’m interested in building similar complementary relationships—not replacing the consultant, developer, or patent attorney, but adding a specialized capability where a client may have valuable technical innovation that has not yet been clearly identified or documented.
A good fit could be someone working with:
AI or SaaS startups
Companies developing technically differentiated products
Founders preparing for fundraising, diligence, or commercialization
Clients who have built something novel but are unsure what may be protectable
Happy to connect with consultants or technical leaders who would be open to exploring a collaboration. Feel free to comment or send me a message.

Looking to collaborate with AI consultants on technical differentiation and patent development

I’m looking to connect with AI consultants, development agencies, and fractional CTOs who are actively building products for startups and growing companies.
My work focuses on identifying technical differentiation, uncovering potentially defensible innovations, and supporting patent development while the product is still being designed and built—not after development is complete.
I have 15 granted U.S. patents across AI, ML, cloud, and software technologies, and I currently collaborate with technical consultants to support selected client engagements.
I’m interested in exploring a partnership model where I can plug into existing client projects when innovation strategy, defensibility, or patent development could add value.
Would be glad to connect with anyone working in this space and compare approaches.

Founders who raised funding: did patents or IP ever matter in the process?

For founders who have raised pre-seed, seed, or Series A funding, what were the biggest challenges during the process?
Did investors ever ask about your IP, defensibility, patents, or how difficult your product would be to replicate?
I have 15 granted patents and also help clients identify technical novelty and potential IP assets during product development.
I’m trying to understand from founders whether this is a real funding-stage need, when it becomes relevant, and what support would have been most useful.

AI consultants or fractional CTOs interested in a patent strategy collaboration?

I am looking to connect with AI consultants and fractional CTOs who work closely with startups.
I integrate into existing product-development workflows to identify novelty, develop stronger invention concepts and determine whether any tech mechanism may be worth pursuing for patent protection.

I am an inventor with 15 granted patents in USPTO (in ML/AI/cloud intelligence). I currently use this model with an AI consultant on a AI product where we have developed one non provisional application and continuing to prepare one continuation-in-part application.

Interested in connecting with others who may see a complementary fit for their clients.
