I haven’t been to this place for 10 years, I’m not sure how they make their sauce but it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. Salad and bread are awesome as well.

Looking for advice on how to tension my chain.
I was lubing my chain today and noticed I have too much slack in my chain. Anyone know the proper procedure to loosen and pull the wheel back? I’m trying to do it as simply as possible without changing the cable tension on the rear hub. Help!!!!

Self rotating garlic confit
I’ve never noticed it doing this before 😂. Just a bunch of garlic in olive oil on low, let it hang out over an hour. Works great in all kinds of stuff and keeps well in the fridge.

Classic leftover meatloaf sandwich.
Leftover meatloaf with cheddar and jack cheese. Had some giardiniera on the side, not too shabby.

Braised and sliced the beef, made the giardiniera, baked some bread (though it wasn’t as pretty as the last batch). Bread held up excellent with the jus, might be the best sandwich ever.
