Detroit style cheeseburger pizza.

Detroit style pizza with burger sauce as base, brick cheese mixed with cheddar, ground beef and pickles. The 6 and 9 year old surprisingly loved it. Will definitely make again.

Contractors

Looking for a contractor that can give quotes for existing home additions, extension, 2nd level…perhaps even an ADU. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Vet recommendations

Anyone know of a good privately owned vet clinic nearby? Old dog was at shoreline central animal hospital, really didn’t like the clinic. New dog is at shoreline veterinary hospital, and I can’t stand the vet, she’s like a car salesman. Both of those clinics are bought out by private equity, looking for an old fashioned private clinic.

Any tips for getting rid of diarrhea fast?

We have had our new pup Mable, for about 6 weeks, everything has been going pretty good, minus the 3 pairs of reef flip flops she has destroyed (one was a new pair 2 days old to replace the others). This morning she was able to get a treat bag off the counter, she’s growing fast an it was near the edge, ate almost the whole bag before my 9 year old caught her. I didn’t feed her breakfast after that and this afternoon I saw her basically peeing out of her butt. Tips to make her regular again? Rice? Regular food? She’s already potty trained, thank goodness. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Pepperoni and Castelvetrano olives, Detroit style.

Not sure if I made my crust too dark, it was delicious. The olives are really, really good.

Italian beef sandwich

Homemade Italian beef, used eye of round I found for a good price. Seasoned overnight then braised to 127 degrees. Baked some rolls and used my homemade giardiniera. Was excellent.

My kids love lamb chops!

My father is a big lamb chop guy (Egyptian family), so I make them when he visits, now the kids request them weekly.

Detroit style sausage and mushroom, Kenji recipe.

Just sausage and mushroom, found Wisconsin brick cheese to use as well, San Marzano tomatoes . One of the best pizzas I’ve made. The crust really reminds me of old school Pizza Hut, I used a Loyd pan.

Accidental find, Wisconsin brick cheese!!!!🧀

I live in Seattle and make all kinds of pizza frequently, because Seattle sucks as a pizza town (with a few exceptions). I had been hunting for Wisconsin brick during my Detroit pizza phase and could never find anything. Just found this, 6.7 lbs, paid $19. Anyone have experience with this brand? It was made in Wisconsin 🥳

Gino’s Pizza, original location.

Was in Chicago this weekend and had to stop by, I’ve had all the others, this one is pretty good. Not trying to start a fight.

Chicago pizza and oven grinder’s!!!!

I haven’t been to this place for 10 years, I’m not sure how they make their sauce but it’s the best I’ve ever tasted. Salad and bread are awesome as well.
