Ik this a g37 sub but to anyone who has owned a q50 3.7 wit no das how does it feels in comparison to the g37 is it similar or still different, basically after a long tough decision im most likely gonna get a q50 3.7 wit no das over the g37 just basically because i favor the exterior styling of the q more.
Like the title says accord v6 or 2.0t I really want to get the 2.0t but will a 15k budget even be enough to get something thats decent granted it will be high mileage so is buying a 100k+ mileage 2.0t accord even worth it over the v6?
I hear the g37 exhaust sounds better and the q50 sounds more quieter/muted I know the g37 driving dynamics is better but is the exhaust that much different/more aggressive compared to the q50 3.7
New locator soon will i have to worry about being attacked by a dog in this job field? I have heard some people say that if there is a dog in a homeowners yard they dont even risk it and just report the dog as aggressive and skip the whole ticket, is that something that people do often in this job?
You seen the title i have had a tough time deciding which to get, I slightly favor the is350 looks and the reliability is a little bit better but is that really a reason to get it over the G? Im leaning more towards the G cuz of the cars driving dynamics and sportiness which is what i favor more over a more refined ride, im just wondering if theres any other reasons to go for the g.
Edit: If I do go for the G which I most likely will I will have to get a base model rwd because the sport package for the sedan are damn near impossible to find, only thing with a base or journey is i'll just have to get paddle shifters installed
I am is going to be working in this field very soon, I just wanted to know how much hours you guys work and is there room to work over 60hrs a week? im sure it depends on the location but I only see this job maxed out at 50 hours a week, im looking to work more than that.
New Locator here (not usic) starting class in the beginning of next month company pays 23/hr to start and tops out at 28 (MN), I just want to know what's the career path opportunities like being a utility locator, I've heard people say you can get into the labors union a few years doing this job, which is what i originally wanted to get into but had no luck getting in, So i'm doing this to get more experience in hopes of possibly being able to get into the labors union, I have also heard people say they have gotten into major utility companies in this field, I just want to know if this career path can translate into better things, I might be getting ahead of myself since i haven't even started and dont know shit yet about being a locator but i just want to know if its a good idea to get into better things later down the line, I am a 23 yr. M btw if that helps.
As the title says im looking at either a g37 or q50 3.7, the only reason im considering the q50 over the g37 is because I just like the exterior styling alot more than the g, everyone says the q50 handles like shit, is the g handling that much better to get it over the q50? I know its basically the same car besides the fact they handle completely different I just want someone who has owned both and can give their experience on it
Stuck on which generation to get, I like the looks and design aswell as the interior of the 3is better, but im wondering if the 2is is that much more of a sportier ride aswell as the trans being more aggressive, for anyone who owns both is the 2is more aggressive trans a reason to get that over the 3is both will be rwd option only, wish i could have the 2is trans with the 3is looks and interior.
Whats some good options for a reliable quick v6 car to get , it doesnt have to specifically be a v6 but something thats just as quick and reliable, Im honestly thinking between a 2014-16 lexus is350, 2012-13 g37, 2013-17 v6 accord those are basically the options I am considering so far just want to hear people thoughts on this
You seen the title should i get 06 to 13 is350 or only 06 to 08, I pretty much want the quickest is350 i can get my hands on I was wondering if its okay to shop for the later years (after 08) or just keep it within the 3 years, only looking at rwd also speaking of rwd is it okay to get the rwd verison based on the fact i live in the midwest (MN) and we get snow during the winter time, I was thinking of just putting on winter tires when its time, would like to know if thats a good idea for anyone that owns this vehicle, also hows the mpg like for rwd models can it hit over 20mpg?
As the title says im looking to get a g37 from 2012-13 should I consider the earlier years aswell? Im not sure whether its worth it to get the rwd or awd, I live in the midwest (MN) where it snows in the winter time so the awd would obviously be the best bet but, i do want to experience the rwd sportiness, If anyone has owned both awd and rwd is the rwd that much more sporty in the way it handles and such or is the gap not that wide, another question which is actually quicker because i see people all the time say the Rwd is quicker all but i seen a race roll race between the awd and rwd on yt and they were literally door to door the awd actually got ahead a little bit in the start, anyways this is basically me just asking which is the better buy for someone that lives in the midwest but also wants a sporty drive and which is actually quicker (not that it matters much) but the answer isnt that simple.
Edit: Forgot to add the most important thing hows the mpg like specifically with the AWD g, everyone always says their mpg is shit and they get below like 15mpg
So basically in a couple months im looking to buy one of these v6 vehicles, my budget is 15k and i have seen all these vehicles all under 15k with some miles searching online, basically i wanted to ask which is the better buy for me, also If anyone has owned all 3 of these specific vehicles is there any real difference between the 3 in just straight line performance or do they all feel similar, Ik these are not performance vehicles but i just want to know if there is any real difference in a straight line. Now I leaning more on getting the lexus simply for better comfort overall and a better interior because its probably the better buy here, but im also leaning more towards the accord because it has some sportiness to it and handles better than the other 2, again ik these are not performance vehicles but I also want a decently sporty drive, also i have the camry there because its the cheapest option out the 3, Let me know what you guys think any feedback is appreciated.
Awd supra vs gtr this is one of the scariest carwow video ive seen, I thought the supra was gonna wreck ngl, the takeoff on the launch is madness never thought it would take off like that on a gtr granted its converted to awd.
Just a random thought that popped up in my head this morning, Ive never seen a mk5 supra in a police chase before on youtube, ive seen chases from mustangs, chargers, bmws, corvette, even some porsches but never any mk5 supra chases, has anyone seen any if so lmk just curious
