It has been confirmed that Eisbrecher guitars are actually made in Vietnam by IYV. For those that aren’t aware the guy behind the brand is YouTuber “SixstringTV” just an FYI this brand has had serious quality control issues not to mention the YouTuber in question has been exposed as posting fake comments & reviews praising his guitars under his girlfriends account (now deleted) here on Reddit
Different picks for different tunings & guitars

Not a new guitar but one I was working on while I waited for my Kiesel to get built. Just got done being wired up by a local shop! It was originally a dual soap bar passive pickup guitar (IYV headless 7) I bought on Amazon for $275. One of the tuning keys on the bridge broke as I was doing a string change. I then convinced my wife to let me invest a bit of money to customize it to my liking. I found the cheapest option would be to delete the neck pickup & 3 way switch & simple just buy 1 bridge pickup. I picked the Seymour Duncan Mortal coil which has 3 voices. 1.) Active 2.) JB passive 3.) Single coil. I am loving the pickups so far. They are the most powerful & high output pickups I currently own. I have never owned actives but have tried a plethora of them over the years from SD blackouts, EMG’s as well as the Fishman’s (Regular Modern’s & Steph Carpenter sigs) & the SD Mortal coil is by far the best sounding Active that bridges the gap between Active & Passive. Also I replaced the old multi scale bridge with one from Combine guitars based out of Canada 🇨🇦 ($78). With the paint & other materials to do the crackle I spent about $320 making the total cost of this guitar around $560 give or take
So happy to have gotten my Kiesel Kyber! Took around 9 weeks to get built. It has a mahogany body, black limba top with matched headstock. 3 piece Walnut/Purple Heart neck. Kiesel Thorium bridge & Empyrean neck pickups. 5 way selector switch with coil tapping. Hipshot multi scale tremolo bridge. Luminlay inlays as well as Luminlay side dot markers. Emerald green translucent finish. Time to plug her in! Thanks to my wife! 🤘🎶🎸
Got my new Kyber today! Love it! However the Thorium bridge pickup doesn’t seem as high output as my cheap Jackson Dinky 7. Not sure if it was wired incorrectly or maybe just the way the pickups are. Either way I just emailed my sales associate right away & luckily I live only 30 minutes away from the showroom. Has anyone experienced this problem with the thorium bridge pickup?
Trying to work on my fingerpicking & clean sounds 🤘🎶🎸
Set up my diy crackle paint job guitar after installing hardware. Now I just need to get the thing wired up & Bob’s your uncle! 🤘🎸🎶

A bit of the process of my first attempt at a crackle paint job on my cheap IYV headless multi scale 7 string. Only thing I would have changed was not covering the volume & tone knobs to get more paint coverage. Either than that I am embracing the unique imperfections. Finished clear coating with Rustoleum 2x gloss clear then I will install the hardware, bridge pickup (SD Mortal coil) & electronics🎸🎶🤘
First time doing a crackle paint job! After loads of research I didn’t even attempt a test panel. Only thing I would change was not covering the volume & tone controls with paper so as to get a more even finish. I deleted the neck pickup on my IVY headless 7 string multi scale as well & will be installing a 3 voiced Seymour Duncan “Mortal coil” 🤘🎶🎸
My wife spoiled me rotten for our anniversary. Drove down to the Kiesel showroom & met with Flock to design my custom Kyber 7 string multi scale. It will have a Mahogany body, black limbs top, 3 piece 20” radius walnut & Purple Heart neck with stainless steel medium jumbo frets, Royal ebony fretboard & Luminlay fret markers (all Kiesel’s come standard with Luminlay side dots) Tremolo bridge. Kiesel has been making their own pickups for 80 years & the ones I chose for my model are the Thorium in the bridge (their highest output humbucker) & I chose the lithium for the neck but Flock recommended the “Empyrean” which I trusted & took his advice. The slim 5 way switch also has coil tapping modes which helps when I want to play cleans. Also I paid extra to get an extra output jack at the back of the guitar. I am stoked & happy to live only 30 minutes from their location & am eager to pick it up in person (if everything goes to plan) sometime in the beginning of October. Kiesel prides themselves on their superior craftsmanship, custom touches & band for buck compared to other customs shops. All while being made in the USA. They have been known to rebuild entire guitars if it’s not up to par after final inspection. 🤘🎶🎸
