As based on his preview episode, I didn't see any scaling or mentions from Modulo. I think it would be unfortunate if Modulo Yuji isn't included since he has more aura and fight potential.

Win Con: Death, KO and BFR

Since barely anyone mentioned it, I will make a post on Geats' chain scale to Kamen Rider Zein, the main villain in Kamen Rider Outsiders.

Scaling chain: Geats IX/Oneness >= Ziin Gazer ~ Evolt X ~ Zein (2nd scan showcase Ace's supporter, Ziin is comparable to Evolt X)

In the main storyline (3rd to 5th scan), Zein is going to combine all Rider Worlds (and Rider World is a multiverse itself), this is supported by the majority of KRs in Outsiders are coming from different Rider Worlds.

And near the ending (6th to last scan), Zein has adapted to a point that he can manifest power/card that reset entire worlds/dimensions. You can also see that the world starts fracturing and is on the verge of destruction through others' statements.

I think this is enough for solid Multiversal scaling.

In Modulo, Yuji imitates Sukuna by using dismantles, creating a chainsaw-like barrier to prevent opponent attacks from directly contacting him.

With this, Yuji is able to surround himself with the barrier to stop any of Denji's attacks from reaching him. Because the barrier consists of miniscule cutting attacks, it can also damage Denji every time he attacks (and depending on whether people consider Yuji can damage soul, Denji's physical durability would be irrelevant).
