Please need some reassurance

I’m kind of looking for reassurance or similar experiences because my health anxiety has been through the roof this week.
I’m on placebo day 5 of my combined birth control pill (Mili). I didn’t miss any active pills this pack and took them consistently I did have sex with my bf around a week ago , no condom but he did pull out an I am on the pill
Normally my withdrawal bleed starts around days 4–7 of the placebo pills.
This week I’ve had:
Light spotting on Monday and Wednesday only. It never filled a pad—it was just a little blood on the toilet bowl and when wiping after peeing.
Mild, intermittent menstrual-like cramps.
Earlier in the week I had some urinary burning and saw a little blood when wiping, but that has completely resolved. I’ve been peeing normally now with no burning or blood. Gonna freak out if I don’t have the withdraw bleed soon

Placebo week spotting

My withdraw bleed comes like clock work on the 4th or 5th sometimes 6th day of placebo week but I had light pink spotting this month on DAY ONE of the sugar pills when I wiped and a few drops into the toilet and now nothing .. should I be worried or do u think the flow will eventually come

Did I ruin my friendship, or is there still hope?

I (23F) work with two close friends. I’ll call them A and D. The three of us became really close over the past year.
Yesterday morning, A called me crying and told me her boyfriend had been arrested on drug trafficking charges. She trusted me with the truth and specifically asked me not to tell D. I agreed and kept it to myself.
Instead, A told everyone else at work that her boyfriend had been in a car accident because she wasn’t ready for people to know what really happened.
Last night, D got suspicious, searched online herself, found the mugshot and public arrest records, and called me. Before telling me what she found, she asked if I already knew. I was caught off guard and admitted that A had told me. During that conversation, D also asked if A had asked me not to tell her, and I admitted that she had. Looking back, I wish I hadn’t confirmed that.
To be clear, I never told D about the arrest, the charges, or any details. She found all of that herself through public records.
The next afternoon, D went into our group chat and announced that she knew. A asked how she found out, and D explained that she had found the mugshot herself. After that, A texted me privately saying she knew I hadn’t told D because D clearly found out on her own. She literally told me, “I trust you.” That made me feel a lot better.
Then everything blew up.
Shortly afterward, D sent a long paragraph in the group chat explaining why she was hurt that A hadn’t told her the truth. In that same message, she also brought me into it by saying that she had called me, that I already knew before she did, and that A had asked me not to tell her. I never expected my name to be brought into that conversation.
After that, A and D argued, A told D to stop texting her, and D removed A from social media.
Ever since D sent that paragraph mentioning me, A has been completely silent with me. Before that paragraph, she had literally told me she trusted me. Now I have no idea if she still does, and I’m scared she thinks I betrayed her.
For context, A has been one of the kindest friends I’ve ever had. She stood by me during one of the hardest times in my life, and I genuinely love her as a friend. I would never intentionally hurt her or betray her trust.
I also chose not to tell A that D knew because my thought process was that A already had enough on her plate and I didn’t want to add another thing for her to worry about or get in the middle. Now I’m questioning whether that was the wrong decision too.
I’m thinking about sending A a simple message saying I know she has a lot going on, that I respect if she needs space, and that I care about her and would never intentionally hurt her.
