generous neighbor gave me this bike while I was ironically walking my other bike home after it died on me. he said he thought it had a cracked head and was leaking compression. my gauge says the opposite. is it even safe to run a 2 stroke with compression that high without it dieseling?

I’m worried because getting a new rod and/or rod bearing is effectively impossible.

piston looks decently worn and may have what looks like a crack, getting a new one is next to impossible. can I send it or do I need a rebuold?

the piston looks decently worn, and it looks to have what could possibly be a crack. Do I need a new top end or is it ok to send? getting a new piston is pretty close to impossible
