The Salmonarch from Splatoon Raiders
I love it when a pretty innocuous Nintendo game's final boss is goes way past silly into somewhat terrifying. Honestly it's amazing what they did with the enemies just sticking to salmon theming and this was the cherry on top.
Elephant square transformer.
The hole on the back of its head makes a elephant-ish sound when you blow in it.
I really like the bit about *SPOILER*
The lore log that explains how Flynn was set up by weems to be sent away and after developing PTSD he was given Daisy as a way to cope rather than a dog companion. It really brings everything full circle in a satisfying way that helps take away a lot of the silliness out of it to Daisy really being the last thing he had to stay sane.
Maybe I got a little choked up reading that, what of it
Looking for sprinkler recommendations
Up until this year, our 5 year old pig was a mostly indoor pig, but with having a baby and building the pig a house, she's happily moved out and seems to enjoy spending all hours outside.
That being said, now that it's getting quite hot where we are, we've had to hose her down a couple times a day to keep her from overheating. She has a pool, but she's never really been a wollower unless it's in dry dirt for some reason.
I'm interested in getting a sprinkler that can either be on all day at a low water output so as to keep my bill from getting crazy, or one that she can activate herself to get wet.
Definitely one of the nuttiest emerald rush runs I've had
I feel like camouflage is highly underused and could fix a lot of problems people have with monster tracking
For a series that incorporates a lot of real world animal behavior to the praise of fans, I feel like they've totally abandoned different monsters' ability to camouflage. Back in the old gen, whenever you were hunting nibelsnarf or basarios, you had to try and find them among the dunes or rock piles they were hiding among.
I started thinking about how a lot of people have an issue with rise and wilds just showing you exactly where a monster is on the map. Also, when a monster in near death and they flee, they will either find food or go to sleep. Wouldn't it make more sense for a monster that can camouflage to do so upon fleeing? I think it would be a nice middle ground as well when starting a hunt and instead of knowing where the monster is exactly, you get something like, "this monster was last seen in this area, go track them down." Especially with monsters that are clearly supposed to be ambush predators like nargacuga.
I dunno, discuss away.
I made this "worst outcome" to lower my expectations for tomorrw
No hate to Xenoblade I just don't care about it
Me after the expansion announcement
He's never coming back, is he?
Pragmata has given us the sickest new idea for an MH weapon
This is the jackhammer. You unlock this after fighting the final boss in Pragmata. It's a two handed battering ram type weapon, and after a successful hit, you can time a button press to launch a type of pile bunker spike for massive damage. This is our 3rd blunt weapon *with* a really cool piercing attack tied in. Obviously it would need some fleshing out, but the moment I got it, I immediately thought of MH.
