Idk im confused, which one is better in bass , sub-bass quality? And sound quality overall
I've been looking for a while for wireless headphones that are excellent in terms of bass, sub-bass specifically, that's the most important thing to me, and overall sound quality too of course.
But there are so many options and opinions, I'm lost.
I bought AirPods Pro 3, I don't even know why, I guess because people said the bass is decent, returned them immediately, they were terrible. The sound is good, I won't lie, but I'm used to heavy bass. My current headphones are the FiiO FT1 and the bass on them is satisfying enough.
But I want wireless headphones. I'm torn between the Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 or Evo, Sony XM5, or Sony ULT Wear, there are a lot of options and the biggest problem is they're all similar in price.
Any purchase advice would be appreciated

I'm torn between the Skullcandy Crusher Evo and ANC 2,, I've read so much and no one says the same thing, everyone literally disagrees, nobody sticks to a consistent opinion.
And at the same time, their prices at my country are close to headphones like the Bose QC and XM5, but I love bass so much that because of that I genuinely don't know,, literally lost
Call me a larp, call me newgen, but a week ago I discovered fakemink ,,,, his song played on spotify by chance and after that I started listening to all his songs,
I started listening to him not to look cool or anything ,,but the sub bass in his songs is insane and really pulls me in.
He’s the most skilled person I’ve seen at using bass like this.
Sadly it’s a bummer that I’m a newgen and only just found out about him😭✌️

I started going to the gym recently,, first time ever in my life, I don't know any of the exercises or the correct form for any of the machines (lol) ,, but I'm trying to learn. so I signed up with a trainer, kind of a dumb decision honestly,, but I'm trying to make the most of it by learning proper form and how to use the machines,, I don't really feel like I'm getting that much out of it though,

Every time I restart my PC, it shows me a Windows 11 upgrade screen, and every time I dismiss it but it keeps popping up.
I don't want to upgrade to 11, I want to stick with my Windows 10. My life is good with Windows 10.
(And at the same time, I don't want to use Linux. I've used Linux before and it's great, but it just doesn't feel right for me like Windows 10 does.)
+
I've tried switching to Windows 11, but the performance was awful and there was no smoothness to it at all, even with debloating it.
For me, there's a huge difference in performance and smoothness between it and 10. 10 is way better..

Update: 2.5 months after my pre-diabetes diagnosis
Some of you might remember my post from a couple months ago. I was freshly told I had pre-diabetes with an HbA1c of 6.0, and honestly pretty scared.
Just got my recheck back today.
HbA1c: 5.4 (down from 6.0),
Fasting glucose: 87
Triglycerides: 73
I'm 17. I'm relieved but I'll be real with you, I'm also still anxious. Getting the number down feels good but I know this isn't a thing you "beat" once and move on from.
What I actually did:
- Cut refined carbs and sugar almost entirely. Aimed for ~50-60g carbs a day, not strict keto.
- Cooked basically everything myself. Chicken in the air fryer (no oil) (was my main dish everyday lol,) , vegetables, salads, olive oil on almost everything.
- Walked after every meal. Even 10 minutes. This one is underrated, + i aimed 10k steps at least daily
- Started Omega 3 , and D3 + K2 (5000 IU daily). My vitamin D was 27 at the start, now it's 63 after two months.
- Down from 80kg to 74kg and holding steady.
One small downside in the new labs: my LDL came back at 137 and HDL at 39, which isn't great, i don't know how. i was eating/moving good.
The mental side is the part nobody warns you about,, Every meal still has a little voice asking "is this okay" I'm working on finding the balance between being careful and being a prisoner of my own diet. If anyone's been there I'd love to hear how you handled it,
To anyone who just got a similar diagnosis: it's not a death sentence and the numbers can move fast when you're consistent, (tbh at first, I was really scared, not just because of the HbA1c itself, but because I was 17 and getting diagnosed with something I always thought only affected older people. That part messed with me the most. But I read a lot about it and ended up understanding most of the angles.) , and also be kind to yourself in the process
Thanks to everyone who commented on the original post. It helped more than you know.
and any advice about my LDL/HDl levels, i will be thankful..
im trying to protect my domain from bad proxies/hosts (;

What do you guys think about Quest snacks? Like the protein bars, protein chips, protein cookie, etc.
Are they good as an almost daily snack? When I look at their macros, usually carbs are under 5g, negligible impact, high protein, 0 sugar,, which sounds ideal, but everything has a downside, so what do you think?
I haven't tried testing my blood sugar after eating them, but I don't think they spike it. Not sure though
