Reta saved my diet

I’ve been on Reta for about 10 weeks and lost about 18 lbs and it has totally changed my diet. For context, I used to constantly be eating fast food and spending a massive amount of money. But ever since getting on Reta I have curbed these cravings and only been meal prepping health food. Food basically has felt like fuel for my goals which might sound sad but I’ve never been so happy with my progress. This has also saved me so much money allowing me to move to a nicer city with a better physique. Overall, super happy with what it has done for me.

Anything I should add to my stack?

Might add MOTS-C for the end of my cut to push the limits on the shreds and increase performance. Also probably going to add NAD+ as my energy has been low as the calorie deficit continues to go down. Lmk what y’all think.

How to combine peptides into one syringe

Can peptides be mixed in one syringe?

I’ve gotten this question a bunch so I want to give my anecdotal. I personally am on 8 different peptides so I needed to find an effective way to not be pinning 8 times a day. The solution was to backfill one syringe to only have to pin once. Here’s is the anecdotal chart of what can and cannot be mixed. I would keep your GLP’s separate for sure. A good rule of thumb is do anything with color last. Hope this helps someone out.

Tesamorelin recovery/sleep results

I’ve been on Tesamorelin for about 9 weeks now and wanted to talk about my results. Now on my page I’ve already talked about the muscle gains I’ve made so we’ll skip over that.

I want to talk about the recovery, I feel like I have been bouncing back so much quicker. For example I used to be sore for like 4 days after training legs so it made it difficult to train them 2x a week. Now it’s only a 2-3 day soreness and they are fresh and ready to be slammed again.

Also the sleep has been absolutely phenomenal. I’m an incredibly light sleeper and usually wake up multiple times throughout the night to any sound in my house. But since starting tesamorelin I have been sleeping like a rock and consistently not waking up once throughout the night. In turn I’ve felt more energized throughout the day and my workouts.

I haven’t had any “side effects” besides the positives the only neutral thing I would say is the very vivid and often dreams from the extra growth hormone pulses but I don’t even mind them.

Let me know your experience if you’ve ran this peptide.

Peptide results on my face

I have been taking peptides for almost 4 months in total and out of my stack there is 3 I would like to highlight that I believe have made a big difference in my facial appearance.

The first is Retatrutide, this has been the most effective due to assisting with weight loss as I’m down over 15 lbs in 2 months. Leaning out your face to be able to reveal bone structure is like 80% of the battle so this has been one of my favorites.

The second is GHK-Cu, because of its collagen boost I believe I have seen reduced acne scaring, eye bags, wrinkles, and increased hair thickness/growth.

And the last one I attribute my results to is Melanotan1 due to the facial coloring which also accentuates structure and created contrast especially with my eyes.

Hospira BAC is like a shiny Pokémon

Please don’t blow up my DM’s about finding hospira bac water, I finally found some. But regardless it has seemed to become so rare and always sold out whereas when I first got into the peptide space it was literally everywhere. It’s medical grade so I always prefer to use it over any companies but with this shortage man was it a pain to get a hold of. Anyone else noticed this?

Warning for peptide beginners

Fair warning if your like me and pin glow + other peps daily your needle collection grows fast so I recommend getting a large sharps case. It builds up so much quicker than you would think. Also the protein tub is full of them too😭

Semax + Selank results

I’ve been on Selank and Semax and wanted to share my experience. I’ve been on Selank for 4 months to help my anxiety in social situations, flying, and public speaking and have personally seen a great difference. I’m actually writing this about to board a flight with no anxiety which was rare for me beforehand. I have been on Semax for coming up on a month now and it has done me very well, feels like I am able to stay locked in for a longer period of time, almost gives me adderall vibes but without the negatives I have experienced. For context I am a full corporate full stack dev and building my own business on the side. I recently started pairing these two together and it helps my mind feel crystal clear and motivated to just sit down and grind. I take both subcutaneously as needed and have personally enjoyed it so far, but just my two cents.

Considering adding MOTS-C to my stack

I’ve been considering adding MOTS-C to my stack to finish up my cut to assist with the last bit of fat I’d like to burn off. Also as the calories get lower the endurance and performance boost would definitely be nice to have. My full stack is Reta Tesamorelin MT1 GHK-Cu BPC-157 TB500 Semax Selank. If you’ve taken MOTS-C let me know your thoughts and if you think this could be beneficial.

No more bloating on Reta

Just had my first cheat meal on Reta last night. Here was the physique this morning, not feeling bloated whatsoever when in the past I would feel like an absolute unit after eating unhealthy. I got McDonald’s and had a few bites before first off getting full but second off being disgusted from diminishing my progress. I personally think it has changed my mindset on food and only made me want to consume healthy food that will actually fuel me. Probably won’t be having a cheat meal again for a while.
