So. We are extremely new The Frame owners, we just got it today. You can see the energy usage sticker in the corner, sorry. But the issue I'm having is weirdly specific. Everything on it works just fine, except (of course) for my favorite game. I get a few minutes into playing, about seven minutes in this instance, and all of a sudden this horrible ringing happens. I know it's not coming from the speakers because it doesn't stop when I hit mute. I've played with sound settings in both the TV and the game. I've checked for updates on both the TV and the game. I've turned both off and on again. And I've tested other games and media, both downloaded and on disk. Apps like YouTube and Hulu work just fine. For SOME REASON it's just Ghost of Tsushima. So far, at least. And for the life of me I can't figure out why. Samsung support hasn't been helpful, but I don't even really blame them since it's just this one game. Which worked fine on the old TV, no problems at all.

Any and all ideas welcome. I'm at a loss.
