What's going on with the Nemlei Lawsuit?

In the latest steam update Nemlei said the game has been delayed because certain bad actors are profiting off of her work and are refusing to work with her and stop monetizing what isn't theirs. The game is essentially delayed indefinitely until the lawsuit is over.

Does anyone know any more about this lawsuit?

Devs, what do you do when you don't have anything cool to show off, but you know you should market your game anyway?

I posted here a few weeks ago and got some very valuable feedback on my game's trailer*. It was tough seeing my game get dissected like that but I think the knowledge will let me make better trailers.

But there's something I have been wondering about other game devs: what do you do when you know you should market your game but you have no motivation to do so? In my case I feel as if I've already shown off all my game's content and there's nothing left to reveal. And I think the low views I'm getting on all my socials reflect this. My game has been in development for over a decade so I've run out of things to talk about.

Should you keep uploading daily or weekly even if you have nothing interesting to talk about or show off?

Anyone else in a similar position? What did you do?

Uploading 'XGA' gameplay here because twitter banned my account for no reason

XGA is a horror metroidvania. Heavily inspired by Metroid Fusion.

This area is called The Vault. It's where Biocorp, the evil bio weapons private military company, keeps all of its collected monsters to take back to their labs.
