Deepest Yes lead vocalist

  1. Jon Anderson
  2. Trevor Horn
  3. Benoît David
  4. Jon Davison

I think these are all the lead vocalist (I know others in the band have occasionally sang lead.

Who has the deepest voice?

In what Yes song has the lowest note been sung?

Variable neuropathy

I thought that neuropathy would be a certain level and maybe improve over time. But I have a variable symptom that comes and goes

I’m curious if folks have a similar experience with neuropathy. It’s been a year since FOLFOX. The neuropathy faded such that I thought maybe there was none, but a Dr’s pin test revealed I do have neuropathy in my feet.

Here’s the weird part. About once to twice a month, a patch of skin (about 6 inches by 2 inches) on my inner left foot feels extremely sensitive for a half day. It feels like I burned that skin a few days ago and now it can’t tolerate even a light touch. Then it goes away. So it’s variable. Anyone have variable neuropathy experience?

1 year ago today, I rang the bell

Looking through my phone, I came across a photo of my wife and I, in front of the bell, moments after I had rung it. That was the last infusion of 3 months of FOLFOX. (Stage 3b, had 22 inches of sigmoid removed).

Next scan is August 3. So far, so good.

I always thought Everyman’s Library was just ok, but these Thomas Mann novels really grab me.

I use the Reddit app on my phone. I want to also access Reddit on my computer but don’t know my username or password.

I tried my email for “reset password “ but that didn’t help. Is the case that Reddit must have an email address with my account?

Everyman’s Library’s Thomas Mann

Of the four “big” Thomas Mann novels, why did Everyman’s Library publish only three of the James E Woods translations? (“Dr Faustus “ is the Lowe-Porter translation).

Anybody know?

After work, I charge our Niro on our house electricity, powered by solar. When the sun goes down I send a remote signal to stop charging, with an intention to finish charging in the morning when the sun rises.

When the car gets the signal to stop charging, it unlocks the doors. Is there a way to have it not automatically unlock the doors?

I’ve been half deaf for about 8 years. I’ve learned to ignore the tinnitus, but it’s always there if I pay attention to it.

I’ve been wearing BiCROS hearing aids most of this time. Each night I take them out, and read in bed before sleeping. At this time I often notice the tinnitus.

But some part of my brain thinks the tinnitus is caused by these contraptions in my ears. It just doesn’t understand. So several times a week I lay there, notice the tinnitus and think “oh there’s that noise. I must have forgotten to take out my hearing aids….and I tap the top of my ear… duh
