I know the answer is probably "plot reasons", but as far as I know he is only unable to speak. He can text and write just fine. What is preventing him from communicating that way?

La casera no quiere hacerse cargo del cambio/reparación, alegando mal uso, y el técnico que contrataron los inquilino/as ha dicho que lo que ha muerto es la placa base, y la lavadora es tan antigua que no es reparable
Como he dicho, la casera no quiere hacerse cargo. Qué opciones tienen? Yo sugerí darle (por escrito) un tiempo prudencial (una semana o así) a la casera para reemplazar la lavadora, y, si no es así, comprar ellos una y cobrársela, pero no sé como de buena/mala idea es eso

Call it a skill issue, but the during the War in Heaven event, the militarists at my border showed up with a 1.2M fleet and several 300k ones, and started just wrecking my shit. By midgame. The best anyone (me) in the galaxy could muster at that point in the game was 250K.
Cetana came with a 1.1M colossus and about 12 280k fleets, which by that point was much more manageable (after I used console commands to wipe the WiH empires, because fuck that noise)
